I started at one McDonalds(Rodd Field Rd… a very new store) and after being told«be with you in a moment… and waiting 5 minutes and nothing, I moved on) and then came here. No one in line seen from the road, I thought it wouldn’t be too long. Well… I had my window down and saw another car at the speaker and he’s waiting. I hear a voice come on «I told you I’d be with you in a moment» and the guy said«you told me that five minutes ago!»…I pulled out from behind him and parked and went inside. So I go to the counter… there was no one inside except a homeless guy milking a coffee. I stand there for a minute and a woman in a brown shirt yells from the back«be with you in a moment» and I’m thinking… McDonald’s has a whole custom description of «moment.» A couple of minutes later a young man comes forward and takes my order. The woman from the drive thru comes over and says«thank you for helping» as if there was a streaming crowd overwhelming her.(The guy at the speaker drives off, btw.) INFRONTOFME she starts mouthing off about the guy who got frustrated at the speaker.(VERY bad customer relations to be doing that in front of customers) and I could understand the guy’s frustration. The woman could not speak clearly face-to-face because of her lazy accent(Texan, btw) and I had a great deal of difficulty understanding her as she mouthed off. She clearly does not need to be taking orders… she’s too hard to understand… and I question her ability TO understand. I wait for my order of breakfast platters and as they’re being bagged, I watch the guy putting the hash brown patties(ugh) into a smaller back along with plastic cutlery and I assume other condiments normally included with breakfast platters. I hear the woman from the window bellow to him«we’re out of butter» and I go forward to take my order. As I get home I look: no butter, no jelly or jam for the biscuit, no napkins. It’s abundantly clear that McDonald’s will just about hire anyone off the street anymore. The window help(she was in at least her 50s) was simply awful. And this store has some kind of inventory problem if they’re running out of condiments. Do your self a favor and find another location. There’s plenty to be found.

I don’t get fast food very often. But, when I do come here, they’re always super nice and friendly. Plus, good breakfast prices.

The sweet tea is a cup of diabetes, the founden drinks are flat or syrup the best bet is good H2O. The Food is not the best what can you expect from a fast food joint. My order was very poorly made, before I walked into the McDonald there was a drive thru customer the person was upset with his order I should of walk out that moment but I had to stay BIG mistake I would NEVER commit that again. My burger was missing ingredient and when I got it back the bacon was burn and food was cold ih well

Went to this location late this afternoon and was disgusted. Restrooms had piss all over the floors… Drive-thru was backed up and the idiot at the register was fooling around with a coffee filter for about 5 min rather than helping several customers waiting in line for only 1 register. Same cashier displayed small signs of slight retardation when I ordered a #15 with a sweet tea… he then asks if i want the meal… next, i order a 4 apple pies and a happy meal toy for my son. 5 – 10 minutes pass, i get my food and notice there is NO happy meal toy… I ask him where it is, he says he thought it was FREE and didn’t realize it was sold separately and continues to ask me for the remaining cost. I then tell him«I ORDEREDITFROMYOUEARLIER!!!» He then says he didn’t ring it up etc etc… I give up and leave frustrated only to realize half way home that the cashier forgot my 4 apple pies… *oh, just to throw it out there… why is it that 8⁄10 Mcdonald’s i go to, and keep it as simple as i can… i place an order«I WOULDLIKE A #3 with a COKE»…i then get a reply would you like the meal or just the sandwich… if not that answer… I get okay, you’d like a number 3… and what kind of drink. Feel free to go to this location if you want horrible service and filthy looking employees… Other than that… i give this place 5 stars!!!

Today we came in for breakfast and they forgot a burrito and hashbrown from my meal. They also did it to the guy in front of us. Luckily we were eating in and hadn’t left.

Same old same old for the most part, but their coffee tastes weird. If you’re looking for Wi-Fi and a cup of Joe, the Starbucks across the highway is your better bet.
