Whataburger

This is honestly my favorite restaurant. The staff is super nice, the food is perfect and they are very generous with the servings. It’s very clean and not very loud. I can’t see anything wrong with what-​a-​burger!

What a burger is correct! Such a guilty pleasure, but well worth it. Best fast food burger around, no doubt about it. Anything and everything is good from their menu. Best onion rings, best selection of burgers, great chicken strips and much much more. I always get the A.1 thick n hearty burger. Can’t go wrong.

My fiancé and I come to this Whataburger about 4 times a month. Never have had any problems that would cause me to complain. Staff has always been friendly. And as opposed to other reviews, never have experienced long drive-​thru waits.

Whataburger is some pretty good stuff, though In-​and-​Out might have them beat. Not to mention Five Guys offers some pretty stiff competition.

Criteria for fast food isn’t that hard: take the order, cook the food and deliver the food. OK… so I go to the drive-​thru for a to-​go breakfast platter. The tell me to move to the second window. Fine. Two cars in front of me. As I sit there, I see another vehicle move from behind me to «Lane B». I thought «did they tell him to do that?» Well, apparently they did and they came out to his truck faster than the first vehicle in front of me moved forward… however the girl had to go in a couple times to bring whatever was wrong back out righted. Another vehicle to Lane B and the same thing… in and out a couple times. So when I finally get to the window, she asks for the wrong amount of money. I say «that’s for two breakfast platters and a coke and DP, right?»…she looks at the screen and says «hold on»…so another person comes over and I see arms going this way and that… she finally opens the window and asks for the right amount. When I get the receipt, I should have been told to go to Lane B.
They were about to give me the wrong order at the drive in. Think «Joe Pesci.»
So I get home and the eggs are runny and gross and the sausage was under-​cooked.
Joe…you are so right. Not coming back to this WB any time soon.

Stopped in for lunch wirh the family. Facilities seemed to be kept clean. Cash register staff was friendly and efficient. The food was very good. We had a problem with our order but the staff went out of their way to make things right. Very good experience.

The food is good, and the staff is friendly, but the drive through is crazy slow.
