Waited for 20 minutes, for chicken meal. Bring it to their attention and they can’t find the order — ask if I’m sure I didn’t get it. No apology, no offer to discount or free treat. Still waiting thanks Julia M, recd #147 store #13 952 area manager Raul Garza (214(-499−4463 you should be ashamed by the service your store provided to my family. An apology takes two seconds.

Been waiting in drive thru for 18 minutes and not one person has come to window! Can see them walking around doing nothing with headphones in ears

#2 New DQ Burger with cheese — the first burger I got at the new location on 45 in Corsicana was great– lot’s of flavor, the next time I went it was not near as good and the fries are over cooked «IMO» nice location but hard to get to from Hwy 45.

Came for ice cream… No ice cream. Ridiculous. Need I say more? No ice either!
What in the heck. Bathroom was dirty as well.

I have this McDonald’s a great rating not only for their food… but for the cute little lady at the counter that gave the most exceptional service ever!!! She made everyone in the restaurant feel special! I will go back just for her!
