Ordered pizza online, online tracker said it was sent out for delivery. 30 minutes passed and still no pizza, called and they said that their delivery person messed up online. Totally understand, however, when we finally received the pizza it was well over an hour after it had been ordered. When it arrived it was cold, I didn’t receive everything I ordered and they gave me the wrong receipt. The driver said that was the only receipt she had and they must have given her the incorrect one. I called once again and explained my frustrations. The manager said she would refund my money and would send someone to give me the voided receipt. When they arrived with the receipt, it wasn’t the voided one, it was the receipt where they had charged my card and she wanted me to sign it. I refused, told her I spoke with the manager and she said she was sending a voided receipt. The drirver knew nothing about the voided receipt but said she would go back to the store, get the voided receipt and bring it to me. Waited over an hour again and she never brought it. I finally went to Dominos and talked to the manager(who didn’t even apologize nor seemed to care) but did give me a voided receipt.
