Love this particular store location. The staff is great and the store is well laid out with a great selection of regular and petite clothes. You can always find a good sale (clearance) item to add to your purchase. Love that!

It took two of them to figure out I was NOT asking for tips to reduce the pilling
I said it wasn’t holding up.
The girl with the 3 colors of disco eye shadow replied, «You can’t return it once it’s worn… unless it’s the next day. «
I explained that things like this don’t show up in a day.
No taking my name, no indicating regret, no referring me to a manager. They just told me to call an 800 number and then went back to gossiping which now included me.
Do we need:
This kind of sophmoric wait staff?
This kind of quality?
At those kind of prices?
We do not. Let’s boycott this store until they are able to provide SERVICE and send these children back to school or the disco or wherever their behavior would be a good fit.

I was so excited to see this store reopen in Corte Madera but I won’t be shopping there again. I needed a cute sundress from my trip this weekend and tried on several that would have worked. The problem was that I needed a different size and NO One ever came back to the dressing room to see if anyone needed help. There were only two of us in the dressing room and virtually no one in the store. Customers at the Village are used to the great service at Nordstroms, Macys, etc and don’t want to walk out half dressed to get another size. Staff needs to pay more attention to customers and not just talking with each other.

I don’t know how long this store location has been here but can i get a Woot woot!!! Some may say they are expensive but I say they are reasonable! If you wait for sales or mark-​downs you will get some bargains. Their clothing are well made, trendy, and classic. The staff are friendly and helpful! I love love love this place! Ive bought a lot here and always get asked where I get my clothes. I highly recommend this place!
