Solstice Sunglasses

This place is so friendly and service-​oriented. I stopped in with a pair of sunglasses that I didn’t purchase there. The nose piece had broken off. I was hoping they could sell me a replacement piece. The woman working there found a replacement and mounted it all for free. I wanted to pay her, but she insisted it was a complimentary service.
What a great resource this store is!

I’ve bought my last couple pairs of sunglasses here. One of the only stores I come by that doesn’t only have ray ban and oakley as the majority of options for cool men’s sunglasses in the $ 80-​$ 150 range.
On both visits Noah has helped me out. Wow… Never had a better sunglass buying experience. He’s completely focused on helping me find the right shape and colors and you can feel total honesty from him. I hate going to retail places and everyone’s always just smiling and saying «they look good on you.»
Noah has listened to my ideas of what I’m interested in and recommended other similar designs I’ve never heard of to try on. He’s also completely honest in making comments on things such as one color over another in regards to looking better with my complexion or facial structure.
Really this is more of a review about my buying experience as opposed to the products offered at the store. It’s easy to just go online and shop for tons of options, and even get better prices. However, people like Noah make coming into a store more worth it because of a true expertise in the products offered and having good background knowledge of them as well as being personable with customers. Great people work here. Huge selection and stock. Help you buy what you want, not just make a sale. Helpful, laid back and knowledgeable. Good at giving advice as to which sunglasses look best on you.

These guys are great. The manager is wonderful (and I’m very picky). They spent lots of time helping me find just the right pair of sunglasses. And sadly one of my arms broke not long after I purchased (Kate Spade). I went in and they did an exchange on the spot (after a phone call to the supplier, who couldn’t honor a refund for 6 weeks). Super nice, super helpful. Fabulous customer service. Go!

Thang and Noah made my visit a splendid one, they knew exactly what to show me after I explained what I was looking for, its always hard to pick the right pair of sunglasses but they really helped, definitely making it my #1 place to shop for sunglasses :)

Definitely not a place to purchase an expensive pair a sunglasses if you desire responsible service, after your purchase is final. I purchased a pair of shades for over $ 200 that broke the very next day. Nevertheless, I returned the broken pair of shades to receive many promises & a loaner pair of shades. However, I was forced to keep the loaner pair of shades, due to bad service & the manner that my issue was handled.
