After seeing the stars and reviews on Cheesecake I was not too sure how our meal would be. It was only a 15 min wait. We went to the bar and got a drink and found 3 seats at the bar and they buzzed us shortly after. We were seated outside on a lovely evening. We had the nicest waiter and the food came faster than I expected for how busy they were. I ordered the Thai salmon and it could not have been cooked any better than it was. It was crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside and it was a huge piece. My husband had the chicken and biscuits and said it was great, as well. I can not wait to go back and try something else. Good job!

People like to hate on chain restaurants, but why. They always have consistent food and service, Most of their food is delicious and reasonably priced. The cheesecakes are amazing! The only drawback is that there usually is a line, but I usually find it to get worth the wait, Love their crab cakes.

I don’t really write reviews on Unilocal but… 5 stars for the server named Scott. He is an excellent server and a very very very very friendly man. He takes care of his customer like his número uno priority! And for The Cheesecake Factory itself, I LOVETHEIRFOOD. ps. the only downside is that the lighting is way too dark! my boyfriend and I were struggling reading the menu and to enjoy looking at our food

They really need to get it together for happy hour over here or they’re going to lose customers. I came in at 4:30 on Friday and asked if bar was self seating for hh and was told that it in fact was. I picked out a seat my party of four, and then I was rudely confronted by a different hostess who said we had taken her table she was planning on using. When i expressed my confusion there was no empathy, just a nasty reply«there’s other people waiting.» OOOkkkaayyy. So I went to the bar and ordered a beer at the counter. Bartender seemed nice. We finally found a bar table that was free, and it took 10 minutes to get someone to clean it despite asking several people. After that we were left alone… as were the two tables next to us. Look, i know 4:30/5 is the shift change over, but this really is no excuse. It became laughable that the three tables banded together, and kept asking passing by servers if they could take our order. Despite many people on the floor, we were told by everyone«it’s the end of my shift I’m leaving.» My suggestion to the management would be to a) stagger the start/end times of shifts, b) have a dedicated hh server, c) explain to employees that they can’t be so rude. Finally, one server who told us he was supposed to be leaving took all 3 tables orders, and acted like he was doing us a big favor. After that we had a bunch of different people helping us so it was hard to say who’s responsibility we were. The apps were just fine, and I wished we’d had a better experience. We won’t be coming back here for happy hour.

Corte Madera Cheesecake Factory– the Cheesecake is Amazing, the food is average, the service is average to poor. The Happy Hour in the bar seems to be typically understaffed causing long waits for service. Because it’s understaffed the servers are running around and lack the time to give quality service. This is unfortunate because they have a great happy hour menu from 4pm to 6pm.

30min wait to be seated. Walked to our table, stood to wait while they got the chair. 45min wait for food. Did not give enough appetizer plates. The party of 9 next to us got 3 bread baskets, our party of 8 got one. They came later than we did, but received their food earlier. Appetizers were better than entrees. Most of their meats were dry(chicken, steak). Large portions, you’ll definitely have leftovers. In a mall area with plenty of parking. Waiters/waitresses were polite when we saw them. Will not be back. Lacking basic customer service or maybe they’re understaffed during peak hours.

Good service tonight. Loved the Hibachi steak. But my husband’s hamburger was over cooked and fried were cold and hard.

We came to the cheesecake and they sat us immediately so that was nice. The waitress was so sweet but… we ordered the children’s pasta and the waitress brought 2 cups of apple juice«on her» instead of one. The problem was the content was 80% water in two of them. It’s the first time anybody offered to do this for us and now I know why! Usually try bring one and it real apple juice. I also ordered the stuffed mushrooms with the wine sauce I’ve eaten it many times and this time there was no wine in it. It was dark very thick sauce as a pregnant woman with cravings it was disappointing. All the rest of the experience was good! Still love this restaurant very much!

They Didn’t give any utensils for the take-out. There was a piece of wire in my pasta and bread given was hard as a rock.

First, CF has gone to great lengths to lighten up their menu. There are myriad healthy items (lei Lettuce Wraps — yum!) It is a fun place to gather with pals and nosh. We like to sit outside on a summer’s night. Fun. Second, Marin has a dearth of restaurants… hence, many are full, loud, packed and noisy. CF can be a cacophony of The Loud Family types …

First of, I like the Cheesecake Factory, and we’ve been to several locations but today was really disappointing. It was Monday after 2pm and it wasn’t very full, but yet our server took a long time coming by our table. Unfortunately, it didn’t get better from here. Our server really messed up our orders, and none of the dishes came out as ordered. The manager tried to compensate, but after waiting more than 50 minutes for a burger, we were displeased. The icing on the cake was, that we were charged extra for substitution items, which pumped up the check quite a bit. After, yet again waiting and pointing the mistakes out, we could finally leave, dissatisfied, after a long time, without being probably fed.

I’ve always loved the Cheesecake Factory. I’ve been to their locations from Chicago to Hawaii to San Francisco & the original in Beverly Hills. The décor is always beautiful, there’s always a pleasant vibe in the establishment. Our waitress was very friendly, she attended to our every need. I ordered their spinach dip for starters. It was mediocre, nothing to necessarily write home about. The dip was barely lukewarm, it could’ve been heated longer. The pita chips were ok, not much excitement there. It’s a spinach dip so what could go wrong? Someone else in my party ordered a steak, it was lukewarm also. Which was surprising. I ordered their shrimp fettuccini. It was bland. The fettuccini sauce tasted like it came from a glass jar. Something tasted store made to me, not freshly prepared. The noodles were OK, like I said earlier nothing to write home about. I was severely disappointed. My pasta was bland, the sauce needed a serious intervention for flavoring, & the steak was mediocre. The entire meal was a lukewarm mess. I love the Cheesecake Factory but I left severely disappointed & $ 100 for a meal that could’ve been reheated. I was so disappointed I broke my tradition & didn’t even get a cheesecake.

Came by to eat at the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I came with a group of 7 people. It wasn’t as busy since it was a Monday so we only had to wait a few minutes for them to push some tables together for us. Our server, I believe his name was Theo, was on the younger side so it was easy for our table to joke around with him. We started with the fried calamari, avocado eggrolls, firecracker salmon, and buffalo wings. The fried clamari is always good, especially when they serve them with the tentacles, my favorite part. It had a light batter and was cooked well. The avocado eggrolls are also a must. I prefer the avocado eggrolls from Cheesecake Factory over the ones from CPK. The perfect amount of avocado with bits of sun-dried tomato, red onion, and cilantro, perfectly fried up in a crisp wrapper. It comes with a tamarind cashew dipping sauce. Kinda weird but when paired together, it works. The firecracker salmon was a new appetizer that I’d never tried. It’s salmon rolled in spinach and fried in a crisp wrapper. I thought it was pretty good. And the buffalo wings had a nice crunch. It had nice meaty pieces but wasn’t overly dry. The crust wasn’t too heavy and it was executed well. The crust stayed put with the chicken when you bit into it. Definitely my kind of chicken wing, though I’m more of drumstick person. As far as entrees go, I really should’ve shared a dish because I was so full just from the appetizers, but I ended up with the Chinese chicken salad and my boyfriend got the farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic. The Chinese chicken salad is literally my go to dish whenever I venture out to the Cheesecake Factory. It never disappoints and I love the dressing. It’s the perfect a amount of tang with a crunch from the rice noodles, almonds, and crisp wontons. I also tried the Farfalle that my boyfriend ordered. It’s actually really good. It’s bow-tie pasta with chicken, mushrooms, tomato, pancetta, peas, and caramelized onions in a roasted garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. The roasted garlic-Parmesan cream sauce was what made the dish perfect. But the cream sauce is a bit on the heavy side, so it’s difficult to take in if you’ve already downed 2 mai tai’s like my boyfriend and guy friends were doing. Especially before you’ve even eaten anything. So we ended up taking that to go. For dessert, we asked Theo to surprise us because everything looked so good and we couldn’t decide on which cheesecake to order. What came out was a s’mores cheesecake and it was the bomb. It was like a heaven on a plate with melted marshmallows, ice cream, and graham crackers. It’s so good. You have to try it. The only small tid bit that I had was that the bread was a bit hard when they brought it out. Almost as if they gave us leftover bread that had been sitting out but was just warmed up to hide the fact that it wasn’t fresh. But all of our appetizers made up for it. So it wasn’t that big of a deal.

First time visiting Cheesecake Factory after all of my friends ranting and raving about their food. I decided to go for my birthday to try it out and I have to say my friends were spot on about the food quality and portions. I can’t remember the exact name of the pasta dish I ate but it was a shrimp based pasta with tomatoes and other dressings and it was very delicious. The portion was enough to have some for the next day as well which is always a plus in my opinion. Also I’m not a big dessert eater but since I’m here I had to try a piece of cheesecake. I got the red velvet cheesecake and if you are a fan of red velvet cake and cheesecake this combo will definitely put you on a cloud a fly you to the moon. One of the best slices of cheesecake I have ever eaten. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the service was good but not great. They could have been understaffed of course(which I know he feeling) but it was hard to find the server at times even while walking around the restaurant looking for him, but he was very good when he was with us. This place is a must stop if you haven’t eaten here before or if you just want a slice of cheesecake.

The 2 stars are for: *decent wait time and table accommodation with our children It was disappointing that it took 10 minutes to even be approached with a greeting. Then, it felt like we didn’t see our server until he brought out food, then the bill. I wanted to ask for a couple of things but never got the opportunity. The food(shared the avocado salad and flat bread) wasn’t bad, wasn’t incredible either. Beside the bad service, I’m just not the biggest Cheesecake Factory Fan and can’t see why so many people are so crazy over it.

I usually don’t eat at many chain restaurants but The Cheesecake Factory is pretty solid. The service was friendly and the food was good quality. The menu was enormous it’s hard to decide what to order. We got the buffalo blasts appetizer which was chicken and cheese stuffed in a fried wrapper($ 10). It was perfectly crispy and delicious. I got the steak diane($ 20) that had a flavorful mushroom sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. I wasn’t as big of a fan of the steak. For dessert I got the lemon meringue cheesecake($ 7). I really liked it — very rich and sweet and definitely enough to share with someone.

Andrew was our server and he was very friendly and efficient. We started with warm bread and butter, as well as an appetizer; guacamole and chips. The guacamole was seasoned well, and flavorful. We shared a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon was crisp, and hot. We ordered dessert to go. One pumpkin cheesecake, and one dry, likely week old carrot cake. I’ll never order dessert to go again. I believe the prices are a bit over the top. $ 50.00 for a shared meal.

Went to several restaurants prior to arriving here. Some were so busy you could not park and others you can drink at the bar but not eat. Here’s a spot where the table at rush comes with a wait. However at the bar you just walk in and sit down. Still have a wonderful menu with so much to choose from. Big fully stocked bar for all those drinks and a great wine selection as well. Tonight I had catfish and mash, wow how yummy! My server at the bar was very attentive and exceeded my expectations! This is all the way around an excellent meal. I have this spot bookmarked.
