This company was purchased early this year and many changes have been instituted. In fact, the name was changed to Hudson Street Design of Marin, and it just recently moved to 3773 Redwood Highway in San Rafael, the old Breuners Furniture building. The operation in now owned by HLC Incorporated, the parent of Healdsburg Lumber Company. Significant improvements should be apparent.

this place was recommended to me by my contractor. I ordered about $ 6k worth of windows and doors. it is easier than dealing with home depot and the sales people are more knowledgeable, but home depot has better prices and I had some seriously bad customer service from the Window Warehouse sales manager. I needed to change the size of one of my windows and called the day after I placed the order and left a message for the sales manager. he called me back three days later to say that order changes needed to be made in 24 hours. I said, «I did call you within 24 hours.» essentially, he was like, «tough luck» I then had to purchase a second window — I gave him details on the change in size — same window, just 1 foot smaller. When it arrived, I found out he ordered the wrong window — wrong everything — frame, sliders, etc… so now i have 2 windows that I can’t use, and I ended up getting the one I needed from home dept — in stock, for $ 50 less than window warehouse. still waiting to see if they will credit me back for the second window — given the poor service with the first order, I’m not too optimistic… also, it’s just frustrating when you’re dealing with a remodeling just to be held up by this stuff.
