Allstate Insurance: John Dermody

Avoid at all costs, They are nice when you walk in the door, but the actual follow through is a circus of folly. The office will give you incorrect information. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. At the end of the day they will never follow through and they will leave you in a bad situation and not have the ethics or professionalism to actually back up what they tell you.
We incurred 800 dollars worth of fines from the DMV, had to turn in plates on three vehicles … and these less than upstanding individuals did nothing to right their wrongs. In the end their mistake has cost us over $ 3000
They admitted they screwed up … but have done nothing to help. We just get double talk and «we will do whatever it takes to make this better». But nothing was or will be done by them.
They are horrible to work with, as all they give out is platitudes and nicities but never actually do anything when it needs to be done.
Please for your own well being, avoid like the plague
