Salesperson very knowledgeable, love couch that got!!! One thing not happy about, was charged twice on my card, it’s been over a month and still have not gotten back the money! When confronted I was told not their problem. NOTTHEIRPROBLEM, then who’s problem is it! Still fighting to get my money back! Not a happy shopper! All I can say is pay CASH!!!

Sales process was fine, but installation process was a nightmare. I purchased furniture, as well as carpeting and hard wood flooring for the entire house. First they sent the wrong flooring materials to our house, and the furniture was damaged. Then after they replaced the materials, they sent the wrong quantity(not enough flooring). It took weeks to get everything installed, and each time a different team showed up. Each time the workers said they didn’t like picking up in the middle from someone else’s job. The first team was very professional, and all the other crews just wanted to get out of the house. They didn’t finish any of the trim work, didn’t staple carpet in closets, didn’t install transitions between rooms. Every time I had to call Freight and chase them to send someone out to finish the job. I got tired of Freight promising they would send someone to finish the details, so I hired a carpenter to do it right. And Freight never came out to even inspect the work or see what was not completed, and I only live 5 minutes from the store.

Good experience today, no high pressure sales people chasing us around. Tony was low key and when we told him exactly what we wanted, he was accommodating. Hoping the rest of our experience will be just as good. Delivery will be in a few weeks so fingers crossed. I’ll update next month. Quality and prices were good, so again, hoping for the best!

Quality of furniture was good once it finally arrived. Ordered a full bedroom set and it took over 5 months to arrive and not damaged. The first arrival of furniture had the headboard damaged and missing pieces on the knobs of the dresser. I took photos of the damage and contacted them right away in July. I was told 2 – 4 weeks it would take to receive my undamaged furniture. It ended up taking 5 months. I kept getting the run around from Tony and junior. Typical snake oil salesman. Once they get your money they don’t care. Long story short you get what you pay for from the middle man. Ashley furniture was good but service was terrible. Go directly to Ashley don’t deal with these guys.
