catered a recent affair with mike, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. we were happy with everything, food, quality, service, and price. By far the best around for catered events. Their take out food is always a better choice then the local pizza places. Go treat yourself. You get what you pay for, good fresh quality food

Really anticipated the opening of this deli as we have been long-time patrons of their other establishment on Oregon Road. Excellent, old-fashioned Italian deli with a very friendly staff and a very convenient parking lot. Their homemade pastas, sandwiches, cold cuts and Italian specialties are usually fresh and very tasty. Also of note: their catering is top-notch. A slight bit on the pricey side but for the quality merchandise, it’s worth it. My only complaint is that it’s closed on Sundays.

Three out three visits I have ordered ham and Swiss cheese on Rye. Every time the rye bread is stale and there is two slices of Swiss cheese. For $ 7.20 one would think the bread would be fresh and a few more slices of cheese. Don’t be cheap. The ham is good though.

We’re big fans of Sansotta Brothers’ Deli, both locations, though we frequent their newly renovated location on 202 more often. Huge improvement over a revolving door of failed prior deli tenants. Pluses: * Great sandwiches. Choice of a wedge hard roll or a wrap. Favorite sandwich is the #6 Sotta Special: A breaded Eggplant with Artichokes and Balsamic Vinegar. * Quality coffee at a great price of $ 1 to get you in the door. Self-served in a Styrofoam cup… an increasing rarity these days * They fixed the parking lot. * Quick and friendly service. * Open six days a week until 6 pm, Monday — Saturday Small Gripe: How about offering larger size coffee, say, for $ 1.25 or $ 1.50.

I’m relatively new to this area after years of living in Dutchess County so I’m just getting to know the places nearby and this deli had a great reputation amongst my coworkers. I stopped by for soups and it was fabulous. The chicken soup was so tasty that I ate the entire quart for lunch and didn’t have any to bring home after work as I’d planned! The quart was $ 7.95 but I guess that’s average for the area. I picked up a quart of beef barley for my boss and the hunks of beef looked delicious. She’s had some of their sandwiches and is a huge fan of this deli and loved the soup!

I really love this deli, I go there all the time. Their hot food selections have always been great, and have never disappointed me. You get a good amount food for the price, and the ever-revolving menu changes every day. I was lucky enough to have their sauerbraten with fresh-made spaetzle(yes, German food at an Italian deli) and it was fantastic(I’ve been to Germany twice, and it’s up there). Always quick service and great people working there. I don’t know who the main chef is, but they’re doing a wonderful job! I’m going to continue coming here frequently, it really is a gem in the area.

We’ve found it difficult to find really good delis in the Cortlandt area and Sansotta II(just like Sansotta) consistently delivers. This Italian deli is excellent: food quality, hot offerings fresh and change daily, the place is extremely clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. Oh, and great coffee too. Try their chopped salads which they make fresh to order, they don’t disappoint. They cater(and deliver if requested) as well: we’ve placed several orders for various catering items including wraps, sandwiches, hot trays and salads. The orders were always ready on time and were fantastic.

Over priced and mediocre at best. I was so looking forward for the opening of this deli, it doesn’t compare to the other Sansotta deli on Oregon road. I would rather schlep over there than go to this place that is honestly just minutes away from me. I hope they get it together somehow before having to close shop.

Great deli — wish they had a few tables — perhaps outside or something. Came for a sandwich while on the road and had to eat it in my car. The wedges are very large. Lots of sandwiches and side salad options. I had a chicken cutlet with avocado and jalapenos.

$ 7.00 for an egg salad sandwich on toasted wheat! Ridiculous price and the staff wasn’t too friendly to make things better. Also, there was no price listed on the menu– Fool me once! Never again –buyer beware

First time in here since they renovated and open as Sansotta II. Its definitely a different set up than the other delis used to be, smaller but open and no seats inside. They have an array of meats, salads, drinks and sandwiches to choose from. My sister and I ordered some fabulous hangover hot sandwiches and damn they were delicious. I let me sit for a bit until I ate it so it would have been better hot instead of warm but I still enjoyed it. Check plus for having a sandwich with mondo avocado on it! I’ll be back here again to try some other eats

Fresh and delicious food. Love the salad bar! Very friendly staff! I stop in several times a week for meals. Also have had food catered by them which everyone at party enjoyed.

We have been waiting forever for a good deli in our area. The last few years have seen several new delis come and go, so it was with great anticipation that we awaited Sansotta opening its second location a block from Hudson Valley Hospital on Route 202 in Cortlandt Manor. The new place is patterned on the successful orignal — clean space, polite and plentiful staff, short waiting times and terrific selection of meats, cheeses, sandwiches and Italian specialties, including fresh bread! While the sandwich list is a bit shorter(the space is smaller), there is also a hot lunch selection for those who prefer a cooked meal to sandwich fare. Prices are good and the food is great. I enjoyed my first Sansotta II Italian combo wedge, and appreciate the shorter trip!
