Where do I begin, first off went here a while ago while they were having a sale, bought 2 vapes which both stopped working within 24 hours. I’ve been using vapes for years, so I know what I’m doing. I went back and they refused to make it right in anyway. This makes me believe they were on sale because they were already damaged. Since then I have avoided this store but due to the lack of other stores around I recently ended up returning to pick up a mini nautilus set, it was then when I realized that the tank was not even in the set I was sold. When I went back in they refused to do anything until they looked through the other packages and found that they too were missing tanks. This is because they open new packages and sell pieces out of them. On top of that, the guy seemed annoyed with me instead of apologetic. I strongly feel that many of the positive reviews are workers or friends of the shop since I have many friends who avoid the store. These people will try to make you think they are experts and that they know everything about vaping and that you must have somehow broken or damaged something, this is part of their scam. Don’t let them refuse a receipt(they will try because it’s a «hassle») that’s the law. Check that everything works before you leave the store. I will not be returning and am considering writing to the better business bureau.

I was really excited to have a vape shop so close to home but every time I go there I’m disappointed. I’ve been in there countless times for broken vapes/tanks etc that I’ve gotten through them. Every time I ask for help or assistance I feel like they are annoyed or don’t want to help. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about and it certainly doesn’t me you should sell me a defective product or something that you know won’t work. It sucks that I can’t trust them and have to go out of my way just to get the customer service I need.

Any time I’ve ever needed help with my vape stuff, the guys at DT have saved the day. I try to stop by at least once a week, and they have new products everytime. I see the way they treat every customer that walks in the door, and I wish every business treats their customers the way DT treats theirs. If you do have the chance to go there, I believe that you will not be disappointed.

I bought a vape here in August, what I believed to be a GPen. When it broke in December I was really upset because I felt that the product should not have broken so soon. I contacted the GPen manufacturer, Grenco Science, and they informed me that the u it I had purchased was COUNTERFEIT. I am truly upset by this considering I spent a lot of money only to find out it is fake and broken after only 4 months. BUYERBEWARE! CHECKAUTHENTICITY!

Best vape shop around. Hands down. No competition in the area even come close to what these guys are offering. An absolutely huge selection of flavors from all the best brands in the market. They also have a very knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help, and a nice selection of mods. They have all the parts for RDA building, replacement could and tanks, and a ton of other supplies for all the vamping needs you may have. Staff here let you try flavors from real mods, not the crappy sample beginner pens that offer nothing but flavor numbness. In addition, the staff offers discounts for loyal customers and they are always willing to answer questions, demonstrate, and even repair mods. I have brought at least a dozen people here, and every one of them has become a repeat customer since the initial visit. These guys even build coils for you! They also sell cigars, tobacco, head shop products, and incense — if any of that floats your boat.
