I needed a hands free device for my cell phone and since I try to use local businesses I went in to Global Communications. I bought the«Jawbone» in pink of course. I know that Costco has the same thing for less but made the decision to spend the extra to keep $ local. I’m glad that I did — first there were issues with my phone and after a half an hour of troubleshooting Sarah verified that the phone was still under warranty and called Verizon for me. By 11:00 the next morning Verizon had sent a replacement phone and on Saturday I was back @ Global and Sarah got everything re-programmed and gave me a quick lesson on the device. In addition to all of that they took care of shipping my old phone back to Verizon. I could have saved some $ buying elsewhere but I would not have gotten the service and probably would still be driving and talking into a cell. Add to that drive time & gas it was well worth the extra $ 30.00 for the device. Matt has a great crew there!
