The most frustrating service of my life! Still not hooked up with Charter TV and internet after 2 months of trying. (I have been a customer for over 15 years) They keep sending crews that are not capable of hooking up my house. They say a new line has to be run but have no idea when, where or how. Will not return phone calls. Would love it if someone knew someone to call to get to the bottom of it, and the people at the local office are courteous, but it’s such a waste of time and resources.
