Good service and good music! Went for a bachelorette party and had a great time! The DJ looked like Bruno Mars lol

I’ve only ever gone for the nightlife, so I have no opinion on their food. The bouncer will generally let you in free if you get there when they open(like 9? I think?), but after that the cover fee usually ranges from $ 5 – 10 depending on the weekend. The scene is definitely undergrad, so it might feel a little weird if you’re over 25. Dress code ranges from county fair to Charlette Russe club-dress sale rack, so you can’t really underdress for Impulse. They probably have the best DJs in Corvallis(at least over Peacock, but that’s another review altogether). If you want to get REALLY fancy, they have an «exclusive» VIP section that’s about $ 5, otherwise there’s a big dancefloor that is very crowded but pretty turnt. The staff is friendly and for the most part let you do yo thang.

Fun place to go with your friends. Best music choices plus best DJ’s in town. On Wednesday they have a great deal on wings for 55 cents, definitely better than BWW. Surprised not more people know about the Wing Wednesday. Best selection of beer too besides the pub Suds & Suds. Also they have games you can play with friends if you get tired of the dance floor. If there is one bar I would recommend for visitors it would be Impulse, and their neighbor bar Sancho’s Bar if you love authentic Mexican.

Best place for a turnt up night out if you are a young 20 something year old, undergrad. Nice venue that gathers a good crowd if you’re looking to be where everyone else is during the weekend.

Not a bad place to get a drink and dance your troubles away while in Corvallis. Warning: the stairs leading up the bar are an accident waiting to happen.

I’ve never eaten here, but for going out its decent. Thursdays are usually busy and I’ve had fun there. Right by campus so it’s very convenient.

I love coming here for taco tuesday! I enjoy their EDM in the back room. –Their $ 1 taco special are a great value. –For nightlife they have a great location but small venue. –DJ’s vary in styles.

The bar was nice, but the clientele was interesting to say the least. Plus the owner of the bar was completely wasted and insisted an talking to us for an extended period of time.

This place exists as a «club» for the Corvallis college crowed so that’s what you’ll see here, college age kids trying to «club». If that’s what you’re looking for this place is fine with a fairly decently laid out floor plan with lounge areas and dance floor. Certainly«A-OK» as the three star review suggests but nothing special/unique other than the dance floor and DJs.

I want to give this place more then a one star for the environment and the setting. I flat out can’t considering what I’ve been through though. I’ve been here maybe 12 times(at the most) and at least 4 of those times, I’ve had them charge my card twice or they let other people charge drinks onto my tab. There seems to be absolutely no oversight of this process and how the workers conduct themselves. Two times I had them add another purchase on one of my cards and another time, people used my card to add drinks onto my tab without my consent. Either they’re hoping the kids won’t know what’s going on, or they’re deliberately robbing people. Also, I hate to say it, but the 5 star approval rating on here is one of the people for the place. Seriously, go somewhere else unless you want to get robbed. I like this place and I like the dude that approves it, but flat out, they’re running it wrong and working in a very illegal fashion. If anyone knows how to contact the owners, please let me know. Quick side note: the double charges were for the exact same amount or slightly more. I never give above 25% for my tip, thus making it more then what I would’ve given over the tab(if that was the case).

Okay so place is small… but expected for Corvallis, but I like how it tries to have this L. A/NYC bottle service/bar feel to it… but it misses the mark when they start playing music. Whoever spins here and works the video monitors… please update the music playlists and music videos… anywayss…this place is cool and just makes me miss my favorite spots back in Los Angeles. Good for dancing your butt off, getting a buzz going, and having a good night without the drama that comes with L. A and NY bar scenes… i. e drunk fights and such lol Oh and drink prices are GREAT

Meh, I guess it’s fun. Some people are almost literally screwing each other on the floor. And you still think I’m joking.

Since the selections in Corvallis are so limited of where to go and dance your ass off, I have found you are pretty much left with this or Peacock. To me, both bars range as just 3 star, average places. I don’t think this place is anything special by any means, but it suffices when I’m looking to dance like a fool to all those timeless hits by Baby Bash or Ke$ha. And can someone explain why Sean Paul’s «Rumba» seems like a 50 hour song repeating one line over and over? This bar draws a decent crowd on Thursdays and Saturdays and the drinks here aren’t that bad(price, strength). There’s a bar in the back that is usually open so you don’t have to fight for a drink at the front. This isn’t my ideal way to spend a night, but when I want to dance, what other options am I left with?
