Very warm and inviting. It is fairly new and out of the way, but the prices are good and the quality matches the value.
I like to come here to study and enjoy great coffee. When I moved to Portland for an internship, I could not find a coffee place I enjoyed as much as I did the Broken Bean. I am looking forward to moving back to Corvallis and study there again.
The food changes a lot, but there a few staples you can always expect to be there. The staff is great with experimenting and trying to give you the best possible drink. They are very helpful as well and can carry on conversations. You can tell that they are happy working there.
The place always looks clean and inviting, and there is music playing as well.
There flavor list is extensive! They have so many combinations you probably can’t find a flavor they don’t have. You can often find me there with a hot slice of quiche and a brown sugar cinnamon latte.
