Genuinely friendly, decent people who care about getting the right bike for the person. Their low pressure sales approach combined with a passion for biking makes them my favorite CT bike shop. The wonderful lady working there talked with me at length and recommended places to ride, hike, etc in the area. They’re not a huge shop and the selection reflected that, BUT I was there in February so that’s kind of par for the season. I’m sure in spring and summer months they have a plethora of bikes.

I’ve bought two bikes from them. Nice guys who know what they are doing. They don’t play any games. Fair prices. Voted top bike shop in Fairfield County for good reason.
Ask for Glen, but everybody who works there knows there stuff. They don’t upsell. They also do a great job tuning up old bikes.
