Amazing place to stop. Egg flower soup is amazing! Build your own combo option which is a nice change for those people who like to customize things. Very fair prices and the service is quick.

Love it! They have new owners so a few of the dishes are different than before. It’s still awesome. Great General Tso’s, ask for extra spicy! Chow Mien was fresh and delicious. Eat here!!!

This restaurant is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in grays harbor. I was on my way to Ocean Shores and stopped by this restaurant. As a Chinese growing up growing up in mainland China and lived in New York and Seattle for years I am very picky about my Chinese food. The BBQ pork is one of the best! The sesame chicken is a must order! Aside from the food the service was excellent. I think the lady is called Lee. She is the nicest waitress I encountered. I tipped more than 20% for the superb service.

My husband and in laws introduced me to this place when I first moved to the area. They absolutely love this place. Me on the other hand(being a person who loves Chinese food), wasn’t so impressed. The wonton soup(which is one of my favorites to order) had absolutely no flavor in the broth. Literally tasted like water. The chop suey was about the same. I didn’t want to go back but last night my husband begged to try it again so I caved. I had the hot and sour soup this time. It was ok but by far, not the best I’ve had. I also had they house chop suey which was pretty good this time. The egg rolls are huge! I was disappointed when they served them with dipping sauces for BBQ pork instead of sweet n sour sauce. I really liked their sweet and sour sauce once we got some. I also loved their bbq’d pork. Probably the best I’ve tasted in the area. The waitress we had was wonderful and very attentive. I will probably go back just to try other items since my family likes the place. I am still a bit skeptical but I like to give restaurants a chance to redeem themselves.

Regrettable and forgettable. The Hong Kong in Cosmopolis is one of the worst American Chinese places I’ve experienced. Even compared to other American style Chinese places the Hong Kong pales. Never mind any connections to the cuisine of anywhere in a decent China Town much less China or Taiwan. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special with hot sour soup to start. The soup had the appearance of cream of wheat — gray and very gelatinous. This was the most unappealing soup I’ve encountered. I had maybe 2 spoons and left the rest. Bland, and flavorless with a nasty jelly-like texture. The Kung Pao dish I would more correctly describe as Kung Pao celery. There was at least a full cup of chopped celery but maybe 1.5 tablespoons of very tiny(¼ inch) pieces of chicken. The flavor was just so so — reasonably hot of course, but not much else going on seasoning-wise. Lastly, the pork fried rice was completely lacking in any flavor whatsoever. No evidence of anything but the rice itself as an ingredient, and utterly bland and dry. I left virtually all behind, along with the Kung Pao Celery. Even the saltine crackers that came with the soup were bad! I wonder just how many diners have been given that very packet of Zesta Saltines — the wrapper had sticky food residue and the crackers were broken inside. I realize this is Cosmopolis and not Seattle or San Francisco but no matter how you look at it, the Hong Kong has lost the plot, if ever they even had it. The tea was tasty! Dave

I had a create your own meal and everything was very greasy and made my stomach hurt from all the oil. Lots of people love this place but once was enough for me.

Fabulous! There’s a reason this place earned the Best of the Twin Harbors award! Folks, I grew up in the Bay Area, eating San Francisco Asian cuisine, and I am telling you, Hong Kong Restaurant has the best egg rolls I have ever tasted! I don’t even LIKE egg rolls, but I LOVE these! Have been here 3 times now and every dish is AMAZING! The drawback? The dim-witted snaggletooth waitress I seem to get every time. Not even worth going into my encounters with this woman. The cook, however, is delightful!!!
