Nice store with a good selection of accessories, but I was really displeased with the customer service. I went in to try on some shoes, and this may be just how bridal shoes are handled, but I found it really weird that they didn’t have the different sizes in the shoes to try on. How can you expect me to spend $ 400 on a pair of shoes when I can’t even try them on to know for sure I’m ordering the right size??? Anyway, I went in there looking for a pair of shoes that I was told were last season and not available. I was bummed and considered just bying this season’s pair, but wanted time to think about it. I went home and searched on the internet and actually found a pair of last season’s shoes in my size from a bride who decided not to wear them. These particular shoes have interchangable buckles, so I contacted B Bride to see if I could order a different buckle. I emailed, left voice messages, and never got a call back. I guess once they figured I was going to spend maybe $ 40 instead of $ 400, they didn’t care to do business with me anymore. I for sure would’ve recommended them to my friends before this incident, but after being treated like this, I would definitely say to stay away. I’m also going to contact the shoe maker about this, as I’d certainly want to know if one of my retailers was refusing sales of their smaller items and making a bad name for their brand.

Some places get five star reviews because the experience was perfect and smooth the very first time. However, I think an even more deserving five star review is when things may not have gone as smoothly, but the quality of customer service is so excellent as to make up for any hiccups.
This is what recently happened to me when I ordered some shoes for my wedding from Summer at B Bride. Due to miscommunication (partially my fault for not being clear) the shoes I ordered arrived in the wrong fabric. From first letting Summer know of the issue, to the resolution (me receiving my perfect, beautiful pair of wedding shoes just as I imagined them), her attention, swiftness and generosity in helping to straighten out the situation was nothing less than stellar.
Being a bride can be stressful when something doesn’t go right, but I imagine working with brides on a regular basis can also be extremely challenging, particularly if there are bumps during what is an especially delicate time. Summer at B Bride really stepped up for me during one of those bumps, and knowing that I had someone with such integrity and good customer service standing behind my very important purchase took all the stress out of what could have been a potentially very disappointing situation.
I would recommend working with Summer to any bride that values honesty and integrity in their vendors, not to mention that B Bride also offers a beautiful selection of shoes and accessories for your very important day.

Stopped by and found the correct location. The owner seems very friendly. They also have a good selection of items as well as a shared hair & makeup section in the store as well.

Looking for the perfect hair adornment, or veil? Summer is amazing at what she does! Visiting her store before you tie the knot, should be on the top of your to-​do list! She really listens to your needs, and can style you beautifully for the big day. Her store has an amazing selection of jewelry, veils, custom hair pieces, handbags, I can go on and on… As a bride myself, I can not imagine missing out on shopping at B. Bride before my big day. Trust me. go visit her store, you will not be disappointed. Even if you are the «always the bridesmaid, never the bride type» you will still LOVE her store!
