Other than Hi Times, which is within a couple of hundred yards, this is my local liquor store. The best thing about this place is that they are open later and that they have select $ 2 singles (out the door). They also are a great place to grab your lottery tickets. So, for $ 5, I can get a Mega Millions, a Powerball, and a beer.
Follow them on Instagram for their special deliveries of beers. just have to make sure that you have somebody who can swing by and pick up the special stuff because it goes fast.
Great customer service from all the people who work there.

I created a Unilocal review just to rate this place. Earlier, I came here today to buy PowerBall tickets and the store was crowded. Despite that, the employees were initially nice– I was assisted by a bald man with a beard.
I needed to buy Powerful tickets for 3 different people so I had 3 stacks of cash. It’s my first time buying lottery tickets so I didn’t know you had to manually fill out the slips if you choose to use your own numbers instead of quick pick. I agree that I should have filled out the slip first.
He said he would hold onto the tickets for me, even though I asked him if I could just hold onto the tickets I had already paid for. Before he redirected me to the back, I had already given him the two stacks of cash which he had printed the slips and carefully counted the money. When I came back with the slips for my third order, he said that I owed him money for that Powerful ticket AND the first ticket.
So when he said that, I told him I just needed to pay him for my last ticket because the first two I had already given him money. He tells me, «No HONEY, you still owe me $ 10 for the first ticket.» When I tried to correct him telling him I had paid $ 80 total, $ 10 for the first order and $ 70 for the second,” he kept on disagreeing and was so sure that I hadn’t paid the $ 10.
I had seen him count the money and put it inside the cash register. He had even complained about a small staple on the dollar bill. I remembered him doing all that yet he HONEY’s me, treating me like I’m owing money.
It’s not the money I’m upset about– it’s the principle and his lack of willingness to listen to me as I explain to him. For him to raise his voice at me, I find to be very unacceptable.
But I shouldn’t expect too much as this is a liquor store. The $ 10 he took from me can be a donation. But his sarcasm and lack of customer service is something that is clearly unacceptable.

I wish I could give this awful place a zero rating!!! The owner is completely rude and horrible! I would NEVER shop here!!!

Awesome spot for craft beer. Brian the owner is super nice and knowledgeable. Will spend time with you and recommend a beer of your liking. One of the unknown spots in the OC. Also great selection of wine and liquor.

Come here to get lotto tickets… has a lot of selection on scratcher…
Love the many selection of wine and drinks… got all size of bottles… lots of selection and variety…
Got snacks, candy, ice cream, hostess, traveler items, chips, soda, gatorade, energy drink, etc.
Place is neat and clean. The cashier (Jason) very helpful, friendly, and give great customer services… know his stuff…

Anyplace wins my heart if:
1) they sell TAPATIO!
2) they carry a nice selection of wine. (it is not High Times but it works)
3) they carry Have-​a-​Chips which pairs nicely with TAPATIO!
4) ENORMOUS Fuji water bottles.
5) awesome and friendly staff!
I have been meaning to review Baycrest for a while. The owners are super friendly and it for sure has that family feel to it when you walk in. That warm smile and hello when I walk in makes me feel bad for not writing about how rad they are every time and so alas BAYCREST here is your first review!
You guys are the best! You save me when I am in a rush to make my «Tinto de Verano» (wine of the summer) at my salon for our clients. Because now it has become almost a staple and your wine selection is good for a corner liquor market. You carry all the ingredients needed sans the lemons but what-​eves I still love you guys!
Prices… Fair… and if you are lucky you may roll in one weekend to find their daughter outside the front grilling hot dogs. I suggested Bacon wrapped but whatever. I love that family feel that Baycrest exudes!
YOU WILL NOT FIND THUNDERBIRD, BOONES NOR NIGHT TRAIN!
