I had a great experience at this location. I met a young guy named Anthony and he was great! I loved that he wasn’t shy to start a conversation!

I’ve been to plenty Chick-fil-a locations and this is by far the worst. Staff is not friendly and neither was the manager. It seemed like he was having a terrible day or maybe that’s just his face expression? Tables were dirty. Compared to other locations, this place doesn’t feel welcoming. Maybe the staff or manager need to visit the Bristol location and see how they manage the store. They are SPOT on!

I’ve never written a bad review(you can check my history) but I couldn’t keep my mouth shut on this one. I love chick-fil-a. Always have, always will. But tonight i sat in line at 945pm to get my food with a long line which is normal. The line took longer than I thought but still didn’t bother me. It wasn’t until I got to the order box and an automated message came up saying that they were closed… Not a real person… an automated message. How is it that you don’t serve your customers who were in line in time? Or at least have the decency to have an employee come out to the line and tell everyone in it that you guys are closed or close the line right at 10pm. I still love chick-fil-a but I will never come back to this one again after that. And to top it off, the blonde female manager at the window sat there and waived to the 4 other cars that didn’t get food. Real nice lady.

The strips and sandwich were warm, not hot. I found myself wanting for Canes just across the street! I think it was really the chick fill a sauce I was craving.

Chick Fil A has always been know to me as fast service and friendly employees and this location is just that :) They have a very large order area so you never feel crowded and their restrooms are always kept up nicely. Their kids place place seems big too, I don’t have kids but if I did they would definitely have fun in their haha. I’ve heard nothing but greatthings about the owner too!

I usually love chick fila. Today I just bought a cup of ice for the price of a lemonade. #forshame #sommuchforliteice

This is the greatest Chick Fil A ever. I was having a really bad day and the end result was that my significant other had to drive 4 hours from Vegas to pick me up. They left me chilling in the corner and I was able to charge my phone and use my laptop for work. Friendly, supportive employees and CFA chicken is the best.

Great service! I had an issue with paying for my food they were so patient and understanding. The customer service was outstanding and I just wanted to say thank you.

I go to school nearby so I come here a lot. Sometimes even twice a week. Specifically for their lemonade. One night I drove through before closing and got a large lemonade. I drank it and when I opened it up I saw there were grey worm like things inside. Which grossed me out beyond belief. I emailed the corporate office to provide feedback. I heard back from them the next day. The owner of that location called me and was very nice. She said that it was likely beaten up pulp. That they sent out companies to clean the ice machine, etc etc. She also said her marketing director would call me to set up a free lunch for me and my classmates. About 40 – 50 of us. I thought that was incredibly gracious considering I would have been happy with a free meal or lemonade. HOWEVER, her marketing director NEVER called me. So basically she overpromised and did not deliver. Pretty disappointing. I WON’T be back to this location anymore. I’ll stick to Raising Caines across the street from now on.

We just stopped in for lunch. It’s a busy Saturday, but absolutely worth the wait. The teammate’s at the counter expedited service with a smile and the true Chick-Fil-A hospitality. Please recognize Anthony for his exceptional level of courtesy, personality, and attention to detail. Thank you for the service!

Love me some Chick Fil A! They have great unsweet ice tea and their waffle fries are hard to beat. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. Great customer service, very friendly staff. I hate when I crave their food on Sundays but I like that they are closed on this day.

I am not a big fan of Chick-fil-A’s politics. I wish they would keep them out of the food business. That being said, one night I heard my brother’s words echoing in my ear. «You never even tried it? Oh cmon you have to try it!!» So one night it was late and I was tired of all the other choices in the area. I caved. The food quality was better than average fast food. The service was pretty normal. I must admit it was pretty good. While I still don’t see what the huge deal is, Chick-fil-A is pretty tasty. I have nothing against their beliefs. Again, I just wish it wasn’t such a vocal part of their business. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth but their food doesn’t! I may try you again one day.

My favorite place to get something quick to eat. Number one on their menu is the grilled chicken sandwich. Good food, clean seating, and friendly customer service!

Having to review Chickfila is totally unnecessary but I’m doing it anyways. The service is always on point and the food is always delicious. You just can’t go wrong coming here, the only negative in my opinion is the subliminal Christian music playing in the background but it’s a Christian company so I get it. Anyways! I love it here.

Being from the east coast, I have been eating Chick Fil A since I was a child, unlike most of the CA newbies who have just discovered the best fast food joint on the planet. What usually separates CFA from other fast food places is the outstanding customer service and cleanliness of the restaurants. This Chick Fil A, however, doesn’t meet the standards of service that CFA is known for and that I have experienced all my life. Like most CFAs, the employees are comprised mostly of high school kids, which is fine. The ones that work here seem to be a little distracted though. On a few different occasions, we have witnessed them laughing and screwing around while they should be paying attention to the customers. Also on the few visits I have made here, I have noticed the this CFA is not as clean as others. The trash has been over filled. We have also noticed uncleaned tables and floors. CFA is, without question, the best fast food on the planet. That is the reason I am giving this CFA2 stars, because the food is still awesome!

Neither corporate nor this individual franchisee cared enough to remedy a problem so I thought we could share. One of the frozen drinks from this location had a massive fingernail in it. Unfortunately for one of my friends, she ended up slurping it up the straw and choked on it. Pictures will be added to show the size of this fingernail. A truly disgusting spectacle.

«We have a new flag but we are to busy to put it up.» This was the statement given to me by a cashier after he spoke with a manager. This was after I had asked to speak with that very same manager. As you will notice, the flag is hung improperly, features at least three holes, is tangled on the pole, and in blatant disrepair. I mean I realize it’s Costa Mesa, but really? People died for that flag and you haven’t the respect to fly it with honor, let alone in any form of compliance with Title 4 of the United States Code, Section 1 et seq. For those that cannot see the photo(the quality gets chopped when uploading it), the flag is hung improperly, has numerous holes(at least 3), is tangled on the pole, and in disrepair. Way to honor those that gave it all. Tammy Guadagno 3181 Harbor Blvd Costa Mesa, 92626 Phone:(714) 435‑0145 Fax:(714) 435‑0165

I’m not sure if it’s good for you but this is what I call good fast food. It’s a little expensive the Drive through makes their share of mistakes. Also when it comes to religion I think they’re a little extreme but that’s a whole other topic that will save for another day.

Finally gave Chick-fil-A a tried since I received a free gift card for being a such cool guy at work(probably because I eat too much beef ;)). They have a pretty decent chicken sandwich. I got the spicy deluxe one(that’s their best) and compared to other fast food joints, it was better than the $ 1 ones, but not as crazy as the premiums. My coworkers seem to be contempt with their orders of nuggets and chicken sandwiches also. Don’t forget about the dipping sauces — Barbeque, Buffalo, Buttermilk Ranch, Chick-fil-A(their slight variation of honey mustard), Honey Mustard, and Polynesian Sauce(sweet and sour). I squirted the Chick-fil-A into half and Polynesian into the other half of my sandwich — it turned out yummy. The thing the sucks is that there aren’t much to choose from and everything is chicken. Guess that’s why they always advertise free the cows stuff. A side note is that the company is very religious(Christian) so they are not open on Sunday.
