DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
BILLY will talk you into whatever he can to make a buck! They don’t care about customers at all… This place scammed us out of MONTHS of payment for phones that never worked correctly… When I called to complain the «manager» was even rude and tried to defend the guy… WTF ever happened to The Customers Always Right???

i had the worst encounter with this store. the big stomached gentleman who does the repairs was rude and argumentative. My cell phone battery went out and was under warranty. so i took it to this place and was dismissed without even looking at the phone. he just took a quick glance at said it was probably due to water damage which is not covered adn tried to get me to go thru sprint for $ 100 deductible, he offered the phone # but i left in disgust. instead i took my phone to the sprint outlet at the district in irvine and had is replaced within 30min. i would never give this place my business, totally disatisified.

The red headed guy who works here, I think he claims to be manager… Robert maybe? He is the most awful customer service person I have ever come across. He is rude, pompous, and completely unwilling to help out. He will argue with you about everything and he’s the one who is «always right». He does not smile and when he greets you he treats you as if you were beneath him. I wish there was another place I could go locally to get my phone fixed, because I would never ever want to go here again if I didn’t have to. He is awful!!! I give this place a big fat 0!!!
