Davante

I went to get new glasses and I have to say that Davante is the best eyewear company in all of Orange County perhaps Southern California. The eyeglasses are the most high end luxury eyeglasses and they have a large selection. You would have to drive to Los Angeles to find these brands.
The service was superb and my eyeglasses were made perfect the 1^st time. Unbelievable!
Milli helped me and she was so nice and helpful and never looked at me funny when I kept trying on all different glasses. I also got the hi-​def progressive lenses that are custom made for your eyes. I will let you in on a secret. The prices are fair. I got a cute pair of Morgenthal Frederics
I will be a repeat customer as long as I live in O.C.
I felt like they will stand behind their glasses if there are any problems. If you like quality eyewear and fantastic service then I suggest you give them a try.

I absolutely love this store and their policies. I had a special order that I chose & when it came in, I did not want it anymore. It was their pleasure to take it back. Old school rules and respect.

Bought Cartier sunglasses from Davante! Really happy about the store and service. They carrying most of brands, including my favorite Chopard sunglasses. 5 stars! Amazing store! Plus excellent service!

Over-​due review.
For Cartier optical, this is the place to turn to [in Orange County]. Special order, as with most Cartier prescription optical-​wear, it took shy of four-​weeks to receive my order.
The prescription was on-​point (excellent). The quality of the frames are impecable. And overall, the service and experience at this fine shop was 2^nd. to none!
I live in San Diego, now (former Newport Beach) and come the need for more premium optical needs, I will be skipping the nearest authorized retailer (to my location) [Fashion Valley Mall], and return here. (Besides, the flagship Cartier store to O.C. happens to be in South Coast Plaza, too. Double whammy, eh?)

12÷9÷14 — I finally got my second pair of glasses back. Four months to make lenses is pretty unbelievable, but in the end, David took good care of me and I appreciate his effort to make things right.

Purchased Dita frames from David and loved the customer service. I was not looked down upon as some of the salespersons at South Coast Plaza will do. A persons non-​designer clothes does not always reflect their ability to purchase. I will come here again because I was treated fairly and received a great price on my Dita Mach 3 frames. Thanks David for your superior customer service attitude.

This store is located inside South Coast Plaza on the first floor in the Saks Fifth Avenue wing, right by the MAC cosmetic store and Porsche Design. They have a great selection of eyeglass frames (better than Optika), including brands like Gucci, Prada, Dior, Bvlgari, and more and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I really liked a pair of Prada frames that they had, and since they were the very last pair anywhere, they were kind enough to hold them for me even while I shopped around elsewhere to see if I could find something I liked more. I ended up buying frames online that I loved, but I took them to Davante to have them do the lenses. Their lenses are high quality (they have the most current technology in frames) and their prices were actually better than LensCrafters and my optometrist’s office. They quoted me about a week to have the lenses done but they called and said they were done within a few days! The lenses are great and they even fixed the crookedness of my frames that I bought online! I will be coming here for all my future eyeglass needs!

Why does this place have no reviews!!! This store is by the parking in front of the Macy Men’s South Coast Plaza (SCP) store. SCP Davante is my favorite store for frames hands down. All of their employees are extremely friendly and patient. They recognize you by name even if you only purchase one or twice a year. I remember going in my first time dressed in my house clothes and they still treated me like any other customer and I’ll never forget that. I love this place so much I had to add the business so I can get my review out. The prices are reasonable and they have a large selection. They miss out on the «hipster» brands like Dita but that’s not really a problem for me and I’m pretty sure they’ll stock those brands soon enough.
This review is for the SCP store only. I went to Davante at Caesars Palace Forum Shops in Las Vegas and they treated me like trash. I’m sorry I’m not in a suit or look like I carry a palladium card.
