Ilori Optical

The service here is amazing! I recently visited an optometrist and apparently my eyesight is not that great…
I work in the mall next to Ilori and pass by it all the time so I thought I’d stop by to take a look at the eyeglasses and have an idea of what I’d like with no intentions of purchasing today. I asked MJ (Mary Jane?) for help and she was a great help! I’ve never purchased eyeglasses before so I asked her what looked good on me and what shapes fit well with my face structure and she was very helpful and honest.
I feel like I’m often ignored in higher end stores and boutiques because of my younger appearance and the fact that I am just that – young! She actually took her time to help me even when there were other customers coming in! I had such a hard time choosing that she told me to take selfies with them on and compare hahaha but that still didn’t work so I got a second opinion from another employee and finally made my decision thanks to his help. I ended up getting the Chanel glasses over Oliver Peoples (I secretly care a lot about brand names oops but it also just looked nicer).
I didn’t remember to check the price of the glasses I bought until after I left the store. It ended up being around $ 421 and I believe it will be an additional $ 180 – 250 when I get their lenses. I always see their promotions when I go to work so I’ll be taking advantage of the 25% off lenses! I’ll definitely come back here again; I had to stop myself from buying two pairs today.

I’ve stopped by the shop a few times since they opened. Last night I was lured in by a pair of Prada frames. I had such a great experience shopping with Leslie, the store’s manager. She was very helpful, pleasant and professional. What a treat to have someone classy and knowledgeable helping me! My new frames are gorgeous.
ALSO — they have designer frames filled with reading lenses. So much better than the drugstore ugly ones.

I had an amazing customer service experience at this store. Tyler, the optician, worked a small miracle on my high end frames. Better than I had any right to expect. Maybe my best retail customer service experience of the decade.
They carry several high end lines I covet as well as plenty of more practical options. It can get overwhelming looking at too many pairs at once, so I appreciate their having curated a collection rather than trying to overwhelm me with endless racks of bland choices. At some places it’s like that training scene in the Matrix with the gun racks whizzing by. It makes it very difficult to choose. Definitely coming back for my next pair, and looking forward to it.

It’s hard to find the perfect pair of glasses but I did thanks to Cynthia!!! She’s was friendly, professional and came through with her word!!! She’s amazing at her job and went above and beyond for me. I will recommending her to a lot of my friends and will be coming back to get sunglasses here!!! They have the BEST selections!

I took my aviator glasses to Ilori because one of my hinges was loose. The frame was accidentally broken during the repair and I was immediately offered a new replacement. Two weeks later, the replacement I received began showing signs of de-​lamination due to me leaving the glasses in the car. I was told it is not advisable to leave my Aviators in the car and the damage done to the lenses is normally not covered by the warranty, but due to the facts and circumstances I got my Aviators swapped yet again.
Moreover, I did not originally purchase my Aviators form Ilori and was only trying to resolve an issue with my hinge, yet I was helped and treated very well. Needless to say, Ilori has won my business.
If you are looking for a business that offers quality customer service then this is the place for you.

An amazing selection of designer glasses, if you don’t mind splurging on a pair of sun glasses, or optical glasses this is the shop! I absolutely loved their selection it was hard to pick a pair. This is the first shop where I found more than one pair I loved! The sales associates are friendly & helpful. Defiantly no pushy sales, which I love! I got my glasses and lenses on their current promotion, I got Oliver People’s frames && I got my prescription filled in my glasses same day! I didn’t have to wait 7 – 10 business days! I got their higher quality lenses and I actually love these glasses than all the glasses I’ve owned! Defiantly will be back for some sun glasses this spring!

Big name designer eyewear. If price is not an issue and you’re looking for Tom Ford, Chanel, Oliver Peoples, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Persol and Maui Jim glasses and sunglasses, Ilori has them.
It’s under the same ownership group as Optical Shop of Aspen.
I happened to stumble in on a normal mall weeknight when they were doing an Orangewood Children’s Foundation fundraiser. There was wine, h’orderves by 24 Carrots Catering (?) and frames that you could bid on. The food was really good. Even though the store was fully staffed with sales people, it took quite awhile (10 minutes) before a sales associate asked if I wanted to see any frames. I was the only person in there looking at frames, everyone else was socializing. It’s okay, at least there was seared ahi with endives and pineapple upside down cake to keep me occupied.
Anyhow, there’s a new eyeglass shop in town (opened October 4, 2014) and it’s in the mall, upstairs next to Banana Republic.
