Ordered chocolate covered fruits as a business thank you & they loved it! Jeff was amazing at answering all my questions & helping me pick out the perfect arrangement! They have a variety to choose from & I ordered mine during the Christmas season so there were plenty of seasonal options as well. Great customer service, great products, I highly recommend this Edible Arrangements & will definitely be ordering from them again!

Can I give LESS than 1 star??? We went in and paid over $ 100 each for 2 deliveries. The girl said she was going to email me a confirmation when they were delivered. I got NO email confirmations, but one of my delivery recipients did call to thank me, so I knew one got delivered. I called and spoke with the manager who ASSURED ME that both deliveries had been made. Understand that I ordered, and paid for, 60+ chocolate covered strawberries on a silver platter for each recipient. Only ONE place received their delivery and what they got was a tiny $ 15.00 arrangement with a couple strawberries !!! The other delivery NEVER WAS MADE… which I found out this morning when I walked into the EA store! The girl behind the counter happened to be on the phone with the owner and he was such a wuss that he refused to talk to me at all !!! The chicken *&^% was too weak to even take responsibility for this screw up! Needless to say I just got my money back and REFUSE TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Ordered the birthday wish-​tini a day before my boss’ birthday, and was greeted with a warm welcome from Diana. I needed it before noon but Diana was adamant that she couldn’t make any promises but do her best to see that it would be delivered in a timely manner. Well, today is the day it was supposed to be delivered and it came at around 11:30 *phew*. So if you’re thinking of getting a gift for that special someone and want to make it easy on yourself, don’t think twice about coming here for your gift giving needs.

I went online to order an arrangement for my boyfriend’s birthday because he’s against junk food… which also means he’s against birthday cakes.
One thing: it’s EXPENSIVE! I got the cheapest arrangement of fruit without any junk food (chocolate, vanilla, candy etc) and it was still a little over $ 40. I kind of regret not making any time to make an arrangement myself, but it did save myself the hassle.
It came wonderfully made. I feel bad, I made it to be picked up at 8:30am to surprise my boyfriend before he woke up, but I didn’t get it until 9:30am… whoops. I blame is MOSTLY on the fact that I couldn’t find the place on Google Maps, but I finally ventured deeper into the plaza and found it.
It tasted delicious and the fruits were all sweet!

My favorite place for chocolate covered fruit. The chocolate covered bananas are my favorite hands down! Staff friendly, and very easy to place orders when in a bind. They have amazing gifts for all special occasions.

I have used Edible Arrangements numerous times. Jeff & his staff have been very helpful!

Who is not a fan of chocolate covered strawberries!!!
The strawberries that I received were what I like to describe as «crack berries».HUGE, JUICY, PLUMP and covered in decadent chocolate. Yummm! I ordered 2 dozen for my Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for my business (
) with the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
This location in particular has great customer service, from what I’ve expereinced. I totally recommend this Edible Arrangements and look forward to more occasions when I will be ordering from them!

Picked up a beautiful Christmas sleigh edible arrangement. The staff was wonderful to deal with. I ordered online and picked it up the same day, which made it so convenient. The recipient of the gift was in awe and delighted to receive fresh fruit in light of all the candy during the holiday season.

Called to ask about delivery times and the gal on the phone was very helpful and nice. Ordered an arrangement for a client and they received it before noon as requested. The driver even gave me a courtesy called to let me know it was delivered!!!
I have ordered edible arrangements that were delivered from different stores, but this location has been the best!

Second time I bought from Costa Mesa store. Delivery was on time. Arrangement was very beautiful. I ordered the Mickey Mouse again and kids loved it. Everyone loved it. Fruits were very fresh and lasted for hours. Thank you!

I’ve known Jeff for several months now and I think highly of him and family and his staff. They’re absolutely professional as well as friendly and accomodating. I love their fresh fruits and creative arrangements.

Jeff’s Edible Arrangements on Harbor Blvd is a great shop. They make a great gifts, the fruits come in nice boxes of different sizes, colors, shapes, great for any occasion.

They always fun specials and coming up with new ideas. You can get chocolate covered strawberries, apples, and bananas. Confetti Fruit Cupcake Dipped Strawberries, Watermelon, Kiwi, Summer Daisy. Makes a good office gift for business friends, or your own office, you can have it sent to a hotel as a surprise! Jeff is the best! It is pure joy!

Hands down the only Edible Arrangements I will use! Case in point, a while back I needed to send a delivery «out of area» but I knew Jeff’s Team could handle it. So I placed the order with this CM location and they cooperated with the location that was closer to the individual who was receiving the gift without a glitch. The reason I’m so confident with this location is that I’ve know Jeff for a few years through the Chamber of Commerce and he has always exhibited courtesy, is very helpful and is a passionate business owner. Lastly, I’ve tried several different of his arrangements and they r always top quality & tell Jeff I sent u :) Arthur Alderete

I have been using Jeff and his team for a while now sending and taking arrangements to my clients. Always great recommendations for the budget I want to spend and always looking good even on short notice. I suggest using this location for businesses that want to send clients a gift.

Not gonna lie, my initial sentiment was to rate them one star but Valerie (at least I think that was her name) smoothed over the situation. My friend’s BF bought her an arrangement to be delivered yesterday. When the delivery man showed up we having a meal at a restaurant– the delivery man was completely rude to her and made zero attempt to make accommodations or even make a suggestion on what could be done given that she was not home.
My friend did not have a pen to take down the ph# for the branch so the delivery man summed up by saying «just look it up.» My friend was livid, she googled the ph# and contacted the store, she was told if she could make it to the store by 3pm we would be able to pick up the arrangement.
When we arrived the lady at the counter was apologetic. She gave my friend the bouquet, to make up for her having to drive to the costa mesa location she gave her 6 chocolate covered strawberries and gave a chocolate covered pineapple «pop» to myself and my other friend. I think the name of the lady at the counter was Valerie. While my friend intended on being completely angry when walking in, Valerie went completely out of her way to do whatever she could to make up for the poor experience up until that point.
Valerie seemed truly genuine and willing to help. While from the other reviews I can vouch that they need to greatly improve on their overall customer service, I can honestly say that our experience with them ended on a good note. My friend, the recipient of the arrangement, walked out saying «I don’t know how I could’ve stayed mad at her when she was so nice and did what she could to fix things»
