This morning we walked to Payless Shoes in Costa Mesa on Harbor Blvd, In dress slacks, shoes and polo. My wife and I sat on the bench in the front of the store and was approached within 1 minute and told by this fat ugly security guard lady that we had only 10 minutes and to go into the store and buy something or leave the property. She was telling this to elderly people standing by their cars as well. Cruising around in a golf cart talking crap to people like they were criminals… How horrible!
Go somewhere else. This place does not want your business. And you will be treated like a drug addict or criminal when you enter the parking lot.

Recently, my nephew was helping me paint a house and got paint all over his shoes. So, today we went to Payless Shoe Source at the Kmart Plaza. The associate working was very helpful and brought out many shoes for my nephew to try on. We were happy with their customer service and walked out with some new shoes and smiles on our faces. Great Job Payless Shoe Source!
UPDATE: I just remembered that the names of the girls who helped me were Nicole and Monica. Both of them had great attitudes and gave great service.

Came to check out the shoes after we saw a commercial for a sale thats currently happening. Pretty good selection of shoes with lots of different sizing options. They also have all their jewelry half off and also have bags, socks, glasses, etc. Hit or miss sometimes you walk out with five new pairs of shoes and sometimes you walk out disappointed. The woman working was incredibly helpful as well and super nice! Definitely would come back for the customer service alone
