We’ve been buying shoes from FS for 10 years, everything from tennis shoes to dress shoes to boots, sandals and custom orthotics (even slippers and sox). The merchandise is top quality and the service is great! Fit and comfort are the most important issues for me and my wife, and we’ve found that with the help of Rashmi, Musaddek and Jim we can choose from the best styles to keep our feet healthy and balanced. We are definitely customers for life and thank you for all you’ve done to make our shopping experience so enjoyable!

Just had an amazing experience at Foot Solutions. I’ve had weak arches for a long time and tried to find shoes that had the kind of arch support I needed, but never found them. Walked into FS somewhat skeptical, but thought I’d try it. I found the people at FS to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, in particular, the young Indian lady, Rashmi. We tried a variety of supports but none were quite right. So, she took a measurement of my foot and ordered custom orthotics. I just got them and they feel great. For now, I’ll have to swap them between shoes, but I may go back and get a 2^nd set.

We walked into the store and two saleswomen were helping one customer. No other customers were in the store. Neither salesperson looked at us or even said something like «we’ll be right with you.» I found them to be very odd, rude, and would never go here again. We waited in the store about 8 minutes, both my friend and I shocked that our presence was so totally ignored. The older woman passed right by me as I asked her if they carried a certain brand. She did not respond. Gosh… sorry to bother you ladies… we walked out in amazement. The website said they carry Alegria shoes, but I didn’t see any there. Stay away if you require friendly human contact from a shop keeper.

After having a really bad experience at the Comfort Loft in Lake Forest off of El Toro, I was so happy to walk in and get what I needed AND I was treated very nicely. The shoes I would have bought at the other place, I bought here. The man and woman (looked like family) were very nice. He measured my foot and brought me back several selections to try on. He was AWESOME!
The shoes I bought, were actually $ 10 cheaper online, but I would have ordered the wrong size had I not tried them on first. The customer service was A+. He was so patient and did not try to sell me shoes that I did not want or that were out of my price range.

We found Foot Solutions when a pop-​up advertising GravityDefyers boasted they were the most comfortable shoes available and I searched their site for the closest available store. (We had some time to fill while waiting for some extra detailing and tires CA Beemer wanted to change when we were in too big a hurry for on Saturday.)
My husband spends 10 to 12 hours a day on his feet and has had some problems with his feet lately. The store is difficult to find and the Google map I printed out didn’t help a whole lot — look for Gentle Dental in 2000 block of Harbor FS is across the drive.
We were greeted warmly by a lovely young lady, whose name, unfortunately I didn’t write down, and she won our appreciation by welcoming and paying attention to Annie (dog friendly is a must these days). The store is very small but the service is extremely attentive. Three sales people were assisting other clients when we arrived.
The examination and explanation process is extensive but it helped clarify remedies and causes and led to the purchase of the Supernova GravityDefyers in a size 12 — a full size larger than he thought he needed. Problem identified, suggestion accepted, solution found. So far so good on the adjustment to the best fitting selection that was cool enough to wear — they have a limited inventory.
We were assisted by Musaddek and Annie’s new best friend the young lady who greeted us. She convinced my husband when she said, «when your feet feel great your eyes will adjust.» The entire experience deserved acknowledgement.

From my past experience, specialty shoe stores, especially comfort shoe stores, are always really nice, polite, helpful, patient, understanding, and caring. This particular Foot Solution’s location does not possess these qualities! The sales associate that worked with me and my family was rude, unfriendly, demanding, unhelpful, impatient, and not understanding!
During my visit to the store, our S.A. (Never got his name. He has dark hair and complexion) did a variety of things that made me walk out with nothing! At the beginning of the visit, it was clear that he was already in a bad mood. We ignored it. Then, when he worked with us, he talked to us like we were beneath him or something! I mean, if you closed your eyes, you’d think that he was talking to misbehaving teenagers! He demanded that we do things, like sit at a particular chair or move to a certain part of the store when we were clearly browsing the shoes. He also constantly interrupted me when I was translating information to my family. He was so lazy, that he couldn’t even write down or tell us the shoe model numbers! He even refused to get us certain shoes and sizes because he «knew» they wouldn’t work (WTH). To make things worse, he didn’t even suggest other options. Not a single mention of other shoes/​sandals or insoles.
Even though my two members of my family found sandals that they really liked, I will be ordering those sandals elsewhere, if possible. I refuse to give business to a store with such terrible customer service!
If you’re looking for a good comfort shoe store, go elsewhere, like The Walking Company (great service!!!). If you don’t have that around, department stores, such as Nordstrom or Macy’s, usually have a section for comfort shoes.
BTW, the selection here is rather small and again, don’t forget, the service sucks!

Do not recommend this place. Roller bar shoes were harmful to my feet — no matter what the store claims. $ 245.00 shoes, then ended up with plantar fasciitis, podiatrist bills, cortisone injection and orthotics. The store personnel were argumentative and defensive about their product, employee insisting she has more knowledge than my podiatrist.

My Foot solutions experience was phenomenal. Rashmi was very helpful, she understood all my achy feet problems and was able to match me with the best orthopedic shoes I have ever owned. I highly recommend Foot solutions to anyone who suffers from painful feet problems.
