Vans

Was looking for some size 15s online and saw that this store might have some.
Stopped by after work one day, every one was very attentive and helpful.
I found two pairs of 15s that fit great! Not a lot of selection, but that’s just because Vans doesn’t have a lot to choose from. I’m just glad I could try them on instead of ordering online not being sure about the fit.

I’ve never not been impressed with Vans! The service is great, and their shoes last forever. I love their new style of shoes with the foam comfort insole. I could buy 3 more pairs of these. They are pricey but I think they’re totally worth it. The employees will take the time to get you the perfect size with a smile, and they always have great suggestions. This store has a wide selection of shoes and I like that if they don’t have your size in the style they want, they’ll bring you shoes that are in your size but in another style to try on. I’m glad Vans has been around for this long. These were always my favorite shoes in middle school!

Today I went in to this location to look for a new pair of shoes. When I walked in, no hellos or greetings were given, only blank stares. I was browsing the women’s shoe selection for awhile hoping that someone would ask if I needed assistance. After being completely ignored twice, I decided to take my money elsewhere. It would have been different if all the associates were busy assisting other customers but I was just neglected plain simple. If you want to succeed as a company you should have people willing to help every person that comes in to their store. When I got home I told my boyfriend about my negative experience there, and he said the same thing happened to him. I love VANS but I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Great store don’t get me wrong, their customer service is good however the main reason why this review had lost 2 stars is because if their prices. I understand some of their products are high quality, but still a T-​shirt for $ 20? Wow. The shoes are what I mainly go there for and their prices on shoes are somewhat okay, lowest you can get some if they are not on sale are like $ 45 if it weren’t for those prices, vans would have a ton of customers everyday

Love vans. Love the brand. Hate this store! I get it, vans stores have «cool», «hip», «young» employees but can they at least be knowledgeable please! A simple refund was like pulling teeth! I was told I couldn’t get my refund (only store credit) because the LA store I bought the shirts I was returning had a new register and she could not read the receipt!!! So I decided to get store credit and then she went on about tax differences between the two counties and told me she couldn’t figure out how much I should get!!! She made feel like I was in Canada!
No one approaches you to help, unless you’re ready to pay! Terrible, terrible store! Last time!

I’m knocking half a star off for the lack of variety for the women’s shoes :(
BUT… The customer service was definitely on point! Going to the Van’s locations inside the mall has left me with such a bitter taste that I stay away and even was hesitant coming to this location but they have redeemed themselves!
My mom has really been riding me to go get some shoes instead of wearing my fuzzy boots out (I guess I was embarrassing her LOL). Finally after one of her doctor’s appointments we stopped by, I really hate the setup of their parking it SUCKS! People drive so fast and don’t yield properly for pedestrians! Parking spaces are so far away from the store and I only saw 1 handicap space on the other side in front of Jamba Juice :(
However, upon walking in a nice young guy greeted us (I am a big stickler of that since it does set the tone of your shopping experience). I specifically came in for the Hello Kitty edition of Vans but I guess I was too late and they no longer sell them anytime soon which was a let down since I’ve waited so long and really wanted those :(
Lucky for me certain shoes were on sale and I snagged a blue & pink pair for $ 29.99, the young guy was quite helpful and was able to multi-​task other customers in the store trying shoes on as well, he helped all of us and didn’t have a chip on his shoulder unlike most Van employees inside the mall.
I found my shoes within 30 minutes and I was on my way as a happy camper! I’d definitely come back here and give them my business as long as their customer service stays this good! ^_^

Been here a few times for shoes for my grandsons. They are young and they already know what they want and like and this is their store. The people here are very nice, the selection and sizes are plentiful and prices are reasonable. Good location, visible on Newport Blvd going South on right hand side and easy parking. They give out coupons for your next purchase.

I love shopping here. I can never decided which shoes I want to buy or what shirts I might want. The employees are awesome. Super nice and very helpful. Would definitely come back here for more shoes and recommend this location to anyone in the area

Whats not to like about vans? Great, inexpensive shoes…
They have a lot of stuff around the store that is buy e get half off the second item.
Half of the staff was friendly while the other half could care less…

Decent service, great products.
Don’t go looking for a great deal — it’s pretty pricey. I got a ~ $ 50 pair of super cute shoes.
Not that much on sale but I wish I could afford it all!
