I was very pleased with Extra storage. I was in a situation where I needed a storage unit for at least one month, but not knowing the length of the stay I would need. I was doing a minor remodel and chose to store my furniture during the process. Not only, did they have a unit that was 30 $ a month cheaper than the storage unit down the street, but I also was able to use their moving truck free of charge. All I had to pay was for the diesel gas I used.
Secondly, they do ask for a 15 day move out notice. I was 6 days past the 15 day notice window. Instead of them charging me an extra month they only prorated me the 6 days I was over.
The employees were also very nice and helpful.
So yes, I would recommend this storage unit facility to anyone in the area.

In this busy world where there isn’t enough space for our knick knacks and lets just say additional junk, Extra Storage definitely has the storage room, a decent rental price and a nice facility.
We were in utter torture from our previous storage place and decided to venture closer to home and saw Extra S. Went in, was pleasantly serviced by the nice staff and taken a tour of the storage unit and grounds. We were very confident in our decision to rent here, and the unit has treated all of our treasured items well.
Perks: Units are very clean and organized. Manager (Mike) is an awesome guy! Very helpful and able to answer many questions.
KNOW before you GO: If you rent, keep in mind the Gate times. Closes at 7pm sharp! As to any rental agreement, whether leasing an apartment or even a storage unit, the laws apply for both when it comes to vacating, be sure to read the deets!
OVERall: No disappointment. Better services than most other storage units in CM.

BEWARE! These guys require a THIRTY DAY NOTICE when vacating??? kind staff but terrible move out terms. I’d pass
