We ordered a crêpe filled with cheesecake and strawberries and topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream and loved it! The crêpe was fresh, and the whole thing was super delicious!

This shop has kids working there… And they’re always so nice and pleasant every time we come in. This is what makes coming to any place worthwhile. The good customer service and what they serve. Thumbs up to Grant who helped us today.

*First timer* !!This place has the best customer service here! I thought it was going to be overwhelming! The staff does not make you feel rushed at all! They gave out so many different combinations and they don’t make you feel bad for it lol! They made some pretty cool flavors like tootsie roll which is chocolate soft serve with Orange crème Italian ice! So good! Definitely would recommend this place! Blanking on her name but the cashier that helped me was an awesome employee! It really seemed like she loved her job! Definitely going to be coming here way too much!

The number one reason why I love frostbites and will come back when I’m in the area is their service. Each and every single employee was incredibly friendly. The guy who helped me asked how my day was going, let me take as many samples as I wanted, and even made me a sample of the flavor combination he liked. While paying, he made polite conversation and gave me a stamp card. Great service! I usually get the sorbet cream, which is sorbet with soft serve. Their vanilla soft serve is smooth and you can’t beat it! Apparently, you can get as many flavors of sorbet as you want. What?! That’s awesome. I ended up with a small sized sorbet cream with cherry, orange cream, and strawberry lemonade sorbet atop vanilla soft serve. The flavor combination was delicious! The small is plenty of ice cream. I can’t imagine eating more than that. I also tried my boyfriend’s taro sorbet cream. It tasted very much like taro and not at all artificial. They have a stamp card available. If you go when it rains, you get double stamps. Who doesn’t love ice cream in the rain?

The number one reason why I love frostbites is their service! The employee Ray was incredibly friendly. He helped me asked how my day was going, let me take as many samples as I wanted, and even made me a sample of the flavor combinations he liked. While paying he gave me a stamp card. Great service! The sizes are actually pretty big so I recommend sharing. We ended up getting strawberry and pineapple with vanilla ice cream. So delicious.

I’ve tried other desserts like this at Joe’s Italian Ice, Rita’s, and also Confetti and I think Frostbites and Rita’s are my favorite. The workers behind the counter were really friendly and offered a lot of samples. I pretty much tried everything on my first time there. She was very accommodating to me and my friends, trying a bunch of different flavors and she was very patient. The flavors are pretty good, and the vanilla cream just tied everything together. The serving size is pretty big, so you might want to share. I recommend the strawberry lemonade and the blue raspberry, with the vanilla cream on top.

First time here and and the employes were super nice. We were asked if it was our first time and it was. The samples started flowing, different flavors paired with each other to get flavors like a Piña colada, peanut butter and taro but my favorite was peanut butter and strawberry. It felt like I was eating peanut butter and jelly sandwich minus the bread. Overall it was delicious and I will come back and let my friends know about the yogurt and sorbet.

No matter which Frostbite you visit, rest assured that it will serve one of the highest quality sorbet in SoCal. Parking was easy, service was excellent(the staff literally offered more than half a dozen of different sorbet samples and we were almost full just by trying out different sorbet combinations), and prices are inexpensive. *** Sorbet Chill(pineapple & orange cream, regular $ 3.40): Nothing short of my expectations — consistent quality with fruit bits that you can taste. *** Don’t forget to ask for a stamp card and you also get double the stamps on rainy days!

I love italian ice and I really wish they would open up a place in NorCal already. I especially wished they would open a frostbites. I rank Frostbites as my number 1 place to go for Italian Ice and custard. When you walk in, there is always a friendly worker there ready to inform and help you decide what flavors you want. They are so passionate about their job that even my mood lifts when I come. It’s great. This time we walked in with a few friends and the girl helped all 5 of us try different flavors. My friend and I shared a regular taro(seasonal flavor) with vanilla custard and it is to die for. I’m so sad taro is only a season flavor, but I usually get pineapple and coconut anyways(piña colada)! Also, a cool thing about frostbites is that if you come in on a rainy day they gie you TWICE the amount of stamps on the stamp card. Too. Freaking. Cool. Something about frostbite’s italian ice and custard doesn’t melt fast compared to others such as Confetti and Rita’s. Honestly, this is my favorite place and I love taking friends who haven’t tried it because I feel like it changes their lives. It’s a must-try!

I came here on a quiet Sunday and the shop was pretty dead. which means we get to sample everything without feeling bad about people waiting on us. The staffs here are extremely nice and the girl who helped us did not seem to mind handing out samples to us. Her sample portion was pretty generous as well. In the end, I opted for the cactus cooler, which is pineapple and orange. There’s nothing much to say about this Frostbites because it’s pretty much a chain shop. The dessert was good and it compliments a nice sunny day. What more can I ask for?

We saw this place as we we’re driving and so glad we dropped in! Grant was extremely helpful; not only did he give us free samples but mixed in other flavors and created an even better sorbet cream than I could’ve done on my own. The crepes were awesome and brought to out table as we enjoyed our sorbets. All in all, a fantastic places to have dessert for dinner.

The friendliest most helpful staff ever… trust me The helpful comes in handy when you come face to face with the dizzying choices of Frostbites. The good news is there are no bad choices but making the right one quickly(so the folks behind you in line don’t pull out the pitchforks and torches… I don’t know where they get them, I never find them when I’m stuck behind the unable to decide. They have compensated for this with a good staffing model and wave Processing…keeps customers flowing through at a quick pace

Really really good service here(unlimited samples), and there’s a good balance of yummy Italian ice/custard. If I get a bite of too much custard, it doesn’t taste that good though(too overwhelming). My favorite combination with vanilla custard is probably the gummy worm(the sour flavors but it doesn’t taste sour). I’ve been getting that too often so sometimes I would switch to something that pairs with mango(like passion fruit or peach). For the chocolate custard, I recently discovered the glory of peanut butter Italian ice. Together they taste like a peanut butter cup. It’s beautiful [*cries*]. The mint chip flavor is kind of weak, but the chocolate chips with vanilla custard is kinda tasty, since they don’t really have a toppings option. I also thought that the seasonal pumpkin pie flavor does taste like sweet pumpkin pie, but the«pumpkinizing everything» trend feels like it’s going too far.

Yum Yum Delicious crepes!!! If you’re ever craving for a delicious late night dessert then this is the place for you! Its located in the corner of a small shopping plaza and when we arrived at 10pm on a Sunday night it was pretty packed! Apparently they serve Italian shaved ice and you can add a scoop of ice cream or simply try it on its own. The workers where so generous with their free samples, they wanted us to try every flavor. All of the combinations of shaved ice they gave us were very tasty but we were eyeing the crepes. For only $ 3.50 you get a basic crêpe that you can get with butter, whipped cream, cinnamon and lemon juice so all of these toppings or just one. And if you want your crêpe to be stuffed you can choose from a variety of stuffing’s for an additional $ 1 and a sauce also for an additional $ 1. We went with all the basic toppings except for the lemon juice and stuffed it with cheesecake and choose Nutella as our sauce. Yum Yum!!! it was a good size to share and the crêpe was very soft and they did not skimp on the nutella. I just wish now that we should of ordered it with a scoop of ice cream on top that would of been perfect!!! There are so many ways to get creative with the crepes with endless toppings you have endless possibilities. I cant wait to come back and design another delicious crêpe!!!

I’m not new to this whole custard with Italian ice thing I’ve been to the Cypress location a few times but this was my first experience at this location. I came here with my sister because we got an insane deal on Groupon. It was for $ 10 worth of whatever. I was actually surprised by the high reviews. It was good but not amazing. I went with their chocolate custard with peanut butter ice. The chocolate custard was very good. The peanut butter ice wasn’t as smooth as I would have hoped. I also got to try some of their other flavors. Some of my favorites were the passion fruit and mango. My sister on the other hand loved this place and loved her custard and ice. I just didn’t think they offered as many variety and their creativeness wasn’t there. The girl serving us was very friendly and very nice. They allow you to try as many samples as you like. They have a small, medium, and large size. If you do not add custard the prices are $ 3, $ 3.50, and $ 4. If you do add custard it’s $ 3.20, $ 3.90, and $ 4.80 each. They also have crepes as well. The pricing is here pretty standard compared to other custard/Italian ice places. They have a stamp card option for those who want to go often and want perks. The inside is fairly large with plenty of tables and chairs. Overall, this is a good alternative option. It’s not the best but good.

I was told customer service was incredible at Frostbites but I didn’t believe it till I experienced it myself. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by friendly employees who proceeded to feed my tons and tons of samples. I was beginning to get really full on the sample alone. I kinda already knew what I wanted so I made my way and ordered the Sorbet Chill which is just italian ice by itself. I ordered a regular size with the strawberry and blue raspberry as the two flavors(you can choose as many flavors as you want I’m told). I paid and received my stamp card, then decided to chill there for a while and enjoy my nice treat. The strawberry flavor was so delicious. It tasted like it should(fresh, a bit of strawberry chunks, and soft). The blue raspberry was the same; delicious. I really wish I would have added another flavor(something sour to balance out the two sweeter flavors). The ambiance was really nice. The tables were all very clean. The place is very spacious as there were tons of seats available. I wasn’t able to finish their regular size. Its actually bigger than I had expected. I should have just gone with a small but I kinda felt obligated to get a regular after they were so generous with their free samples. Overall I had been wanting to try Frostbites for a while but was so lazy to drive to Cerritos or Cypress. I had my eye on this location for quite some time but was also lazy to drive here. Really glad I got outta bed today and decided to take the leap here lol.

Food: If you’ve never had sorbet cream before, you have to try it! This was a dessert game changer for it! I loved the combination of sorbet and ice cream! After trying more than half the flavors, I ended getting the orange cream and peanut butter Italian sorbet over vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream. This combination was amazing! 5⁄5 Service: Excellent. My server was friendly and patient. She let me try as many flavors as I liked until I was satisfied with something. 5⁄5 Final Thoughts: I love Frostbites! They need a location in Norcal!
