Subway

No greeting or recognition for like 10 minutes as I stood at the glass counter. the 2 employees were discussing some drama. Finally some very unhappy lady starts my simple order. But there’s more Then the computer system goes down and it takes another 10 minutes to ring me up. What should’ve been
The ordering process took 4 – 5 times what it should’ve and Business was very slow when I was in
The store was clean tho and the sandwich up to standards so they get 3

Came in because I thought this location honored the student special, they didn’t. That was fine. I asked the lady if the still honored the rainy day special even though it stopped raining a few hours ago, and she said they did. So I went ahead and ordered a drink to get a free soup. I asked her what kind of soup they had, she told me they had broccoli cheddar. I replied saying okay I’ll try some. She waked to the back to what I thought was to get my soup. 10 mins later, nothing. I call for her and ask her if she charged me for the rainy day special or not? She said oh no it’s not raining… Huh? She had just confirmed that they still had the special and it was the only reason I ordered a drink. Maybe she didn’t hear me when I told her I would try the soup? But we literally just had a whole conversation about the rainy day special. Disappointed! Thought I was getting a bargain. Anyway, 2 stars for because the sub was good. I’m just going to stick to the subway on Baker.

30 minutes waiting for one sandwich is ridiculous… It is loosing a point of FAST FOOD. Simply don’t take a break during lunch time.

This is for the Subway at harbor and Adams only. My husband went into Subway yesterday and asked to buy some slices of turkey for our terrier. We were traveling up to Northern California and she needed a healthy snack. We have done this at many Subway locations up and down California with no problem ever before. however, the nasty girl inside this Subway location refused to sell him any slices of turkey. She said we would have to buy a whole sandwich. So my husband walked out and told them we would NEVER give this Subway our business ever again. We will be living nearby in the future too. Boo to Subway. we went down the street to Firehouse Subs who were very pleasant and accommodating even though they said nobody had ever made a request for food for their dog before. they sold us some shredded turkey meat that was super fresh and nice and cold unlike Subway where the meat feels like it’s been sitting out forever. The Firehouse Subs also was half the cost. They charged us $ 2.00 for a pretty good amount of turkey. Super boo to Subway. You were nasty and unaccommodating.

I work very close to this subway and prior to the new owners taking over I used to eat there at least 3 – 4 times a week! I used to especially, no matter what never miss «FREE COOKIE TUESDAY» but since the new owners have taken over the customer service has gone way downhill and they have taken away our «FREE COOKIE TUESDAY»!!! This was a huge no, no in my book! So if you’re wiling to lose business over a free cookie, I guess I am willing to go to Firehouse from now on!

Omar is a sandwich artist! He really takes his time while maintaining a promo service time. Great job guys!

lady here messed up my sandwich. not the first time it’s happened. I asked for no mayo and no mustard and she slathered my sandwich in it. then she said I told her to. no betch I didn’t. she scraped off what she could and proceeded to make my sandwich. no apologies. then I asked if I could please have chipotle on one half of the sub. she put it on everything. I was so frustrated I told her to just give me the sub I didn’t want anything else on. not happy with this location. the lady didn’t understand anything I said. I told her it was for here (I was with other people) and she put it in a To Go bag anyways. I just wanted chips and said no to the combo. she charges me for the combo. really lady? come on.

Employees have a bad attitude. Cashier was spending her time on the phone and didn’t even bother to hand me the bag when I was cashed out. I had to grab it across the counter when they can at least put it in front of me if they’re too lazy to hand it over.
Go somewhere else!

The employees were really nice and funny! Also, if you are a student, they give you a free cookie! I’m sold! :D

To me, all Subways are pretty much the same, and they should be. Most of the employees here are very nice, and generous with the toppings. I did one time see small flies hovering over the food in direct sight of both employees and customers. Does not make for an appetizing experience.
But my biggest pet peeve here is the parking. The parking lot is TINY. At least three times in the last few months, I have tried to stop by for lunch only to leave because I was tired of waiting for a spot. Even during non-​lunch hours, parking can be rough. I seriously wonder how much business this Subway has lost due to the lack of parking.

One of the cleaner subways, It is in a tiny shopping strip with limited spaces I could see that it could get really packed during lunch time. I was there at 1220 ish and was very surprised that there was no one waiting ahead of me! As I was leaving the crowd was coming in. (Glad I missed it) They are always having some sort of deal, keep your eye open!

These gals can wrap sandwiches faster than you can spell enchilada. Lots of regulars go and socialize with the sandwich artists. Generous portions of stuff in the sandwich, and exceptional wrapping abilities. I wish they could wrap all of my Xmas presents for my family. (:

They are amazing ³⁄₅ times other times you are like you gotta be kidding me! I had a mayo sandwich today oops I mean cold cut! The mayo popped open and while going on my sandwich?(new sandwich or just ignore and top tomatos on it, LOL) but seriously it’s a good spot can’t really mess up subway right!

It is what it is. SubWay… i visit this location several times a week for lunch. Its usually busy but the line moves fast. The ladies working there r real cool, theyre always in a good mood. For some reason the sandwiches seem to taste better @ this location. 5 stars for service and their sandwiches. 5 stars for doing SubWay right… shout outs to Jared…

I stopped in here for lunch while I waited for my Jeep to get serviced right down the street. It wasn’t busy at all for a 12:00 lunch. There was nothing particularly amazing about my visit, especially since I didn’t feel the girl that was making my sandwich was really listening to me, but my meatball sub was hot and very tasty.

This plac is the reason why I gave up sandwich shops. My friend and I came here at night and she was ordering her sandwich. When I took a closer, there was ‘effing bugs all over it!!! Those flies that fly around trash kinds! I’m like WTF?! how can you not see that?! they were all over the meat!
When I told my friend she informed the teenage girl about it. She looked at her co-​worker with a weird look. She then said «oh. (Pause) Does that mean you don’t want it?» What kind of question is that?! Does she want it?! Of course not! Stupid! Would you honestly eat that yourself?
After we left I heard her compain about us. Yeah I would like to see you eat your own nasty old sandwiches.

Worst subway ever. I don’t know why but I always want to vomit after eating at this particular subway. There is one east on harbor a few blocks which is much better.
