JJ is Clean, cozy with friendly staff, Stopped by for a quick lunch with my friend Rene, it was greeted by Drew and Cameron whom are very warm & friendly. Ordered # 6 the Veggie with mayo and all the goodies, it tasted delicious. This is a nice little corner sandwich restaurant @ the corner of Harbor Blvd & Adams next to Connell Chevrolet. It is a great addition to our neighborhood. We will be back.

My brother and I never been here before and had a wonderful experience here. The staff were helpful and were friendly and the sandwiches were impressive, the bread tasted like bread and the ingredients tasted fresh I ordered the big john and i was not dissapointed. the Salt and vinegar chips and the triple chocolate chip were a very nice touch I can’t wait to come back here.

Not very good tasting food. It’s cool they delivery for free but I would have just skipped the whole place altogether if I knew how bad tasting and bland it was.

I’m a big Sandwhich guy so I like eating here. They literally only give you one dinky little slice in your sanwhich you could barely taste it. Their meat portions are less than subway! And they’re way too pricy for the little Sandwhich that you get. The sandwhiches aren’t bad just tiny and expensive. I like that they have sweet tea and that they’re quick

These guys hit it out of the park! Kayla took the order at the last minute, and had it ready on time, price was perfect, and the bread was fresh, meat was pilled high. Overall, a perfect order. And this was a large order of 42 sandwiches. Thanks Jimmy John’s!

Ordered my meal at 8:44pm and it arrived at 9:04pm, 20 minutes later. Next time I’ll just drive down there and save myself paying a tip, considering it takes them 45 seconds to make it in person.

1st time and last time today. I’m sorry but when i’m buying a kids sandwich and they wont put lettuce on it and make me buy a ADULT sandwich and then they make it «No mayo, No tomatoes, No dressing and charge me $.75 for cheese it kinda irritates me, plus what kind of sandwich shop doesn’t have SWISS Cheese? I thought the slim boys was a good idea, I like less bread but NO! they Cant Make Me My Sandwich at adult price with the carved out bread for some reason, Honestly I don’t think it would have broke the bank to show a little customer service and toss lettuce on his sandwich instead of charging me $ 6.50 plus $.75 for the cheese and didn’t even deduct the mayo cost or the tomatoes cost, i’m sure if i asked for extra tomatoes they would have charged me for that too, RIGHT? Oh he liked his sandwich ok, he said he rather of had Subway ha ha $ 4.75 for what he gets there«customer service» my sandwich was ok but nothing i would rave about, Jersey Mikes for me, I don’t even know why I stopped in to JJ. and the guy taking my order seemed irritated because i didn’t know the JJ rules OMG!!! total for two Sandwiches $ 16.50 oh forgot i asked for pickles for my son«There’s another $ 1.50 extra, and when i got home the pickles weren’t in bag. Enjoy JJ that’s the last $$$$ you will see from me and believe me I will spread the word. Food for thought: Same thing at Jersey Mike’s $ 12.98. And SOMUCHBETTER!!!

Good sub quality service, keeping it simple and straight to the point. Fair pricing. I highly recommend the tuna best tuna sandwich I have had from any sub shop.

I am a big sandwich fan. I ate at one of these in a different state and remembered it being good. However when I went to this one was a bit disappointed. It was pretty bland and limited choices. Also the staff was nice but more interested with flirting with each other then really helping the customers and really not great sandwich builders.(It really is an art). With so many great sandwich places less then 3 minutes away I would recommend any of the other sandwich places around. Gave it meh three stars because it’s clean, friendly and you get a sandwich it’s just not the best around.

Ok. Firstly. I will barely snack all day to be able to enjoy jimmy johns. High calorie, but soooooo worth every one. Always friendly staff! Had an exceptional customer service experience tonite: called order in for easy pick up, somehow I confused my own order, and when they attempted to correct it, the computer jammed. They said, no worries, take the sandwich and go. I refused at first, they insisted. I enjoyed it thoroughly, will be back! With friends, and for catering events. I’m always happy with this place. Love the #9 and #12 and the«day old bread» that’s Perfect for making my lunches thru the workweek. I’d give six stars and buy a shirt if I could. Jimmy johns is my jam:) thanks!

Quick Review: Affordable hearty sandwiches that are reasonably priced, taste of good quality and honestly, made pretty fast. JJ’s also has a lot of personality, which I count as a plus in my book. Pros: Fast, easy and tasty sandwiches. Cons: Hmm, none really. The Food: #9 — The Italian Nightclub Sandwich on French Bread(Genoa salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo & vinaigrette) for $ 7.49 This is a hearty sandwich, sharp on flavor with all the layers working together to make a very solid italian sandwich. I found the mayo was particularly tasty, which is probably a bad thing for my heart but so good for my taste buds. Overall Jimmy John’s is has that neighborhood sandwich shop feel, but with it’s obviously franchised polish. I think the service was particularly on point, as the cashier spent honest effort explaining Jimmy John’s to a first timer. The sandwich was made before we even sat down, which was nice because we were hungry. It’s a cool place for a quick lunch, the menu is easy once you know all the sandwiches are 8″ and the chips aren’t bad either. Would come again.

The #9 is delicious! I was feeling a little bit buzzed and wouldn’t drive but i had the munchies @ 10pm! Jumped online quick and ordered for delivery. It wasn’t even 15mins later that a nice fellow was delivering me this perfectly made sandwich! Props to the delivery guy cause he found my apartment that’s a weird layout on our property. Thanks Jimmy Johns on Adams and Harbor in costa mesa! I will definitely be going back often!

I come to this location often because it is close by to where I live. Unfortunately, they consistently mess up orders. Thankfully, the last time I ordered and got delivery the sandwich was perfect, so I’m starting to feel better. Once, they forgot to put turkey on my turkey sandwich… Seems like a pretty big deal. The manager apologized and offered me a free sandwich for my next visit, which was nice. Keep on keeping on, guys.

I love this place! The workers are always super nice to me and they have awesome bread! Their white bread is soft and chewy and it literally takes them 2 mins to make your sandwich. It can be a little pricey but its so good! Everything from the inside out makes the perfect sandwich!

Okay, I have only been once, but I was not as excited about my sandwich as the person who brought me and gave rave reviews. It was good, but I didn’t fall into the enthusiasm. My sandwich was just that. A sandwich. Mine was number 9 –was Italian and had mayo on it, which I would never have added, were I adding my own ingredients. I couldn’t read the menu very well and felt a bit rushed. The other person walked right up and ordered, and the cashier was staring expectantly at me, so I wasn’t really sure what I was getting, but I added jalapeños — good move. The jimmy chips were greasy, I will opt for the skinny version next time. The deli meat had good flavor but the bread was too big and too chewy for me. I will opt for the wheat next time, I’m told it is not a roll. I think it is a matter of figuring out the place, and what I like. I LOVE that they deliver. That is a great service! Next time I might try that.

I called these people at 10-something one night while I was at Patrick’s Pub. I didn’t have their menu in front of me which did not phase the nice girl I was talking to. She recommended the #12(which turned out to be fantastic) and told me that it would probably take a little bit for the delivery guy to get to me because he was out on another call. So I go back in to play darts and my sandwich shows up instantaneously! I don’t know what wormhole he went through, but I was very gracious because I was pretty hungers. BTW their cookies are totally worth it, too ;) Super yummy!

New sandwich chain moving in. This cool doctor bought us all sandwiches for lunch. Jimmy John turned out to be a good choice. Subway advertise fresh, but Jimmy John’s is fresher. I would put JJ just below a genuine deli in terms of quality and taste. Slightly buttery rolls are used for that extra special buns flavor. I had half of a Totally Tuna(tuna, cucumber, lettuce & tomato) and half of The The J.J. Gargantuan(genoa salami, sliced smoked ham, capicola, roast beef, turkey, provolone, onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, & homemade Italian dressing). Both were delicious, the tuna being more favored. The Gargantuan was not as huge as the name sound, but still a good size. They deliver within a 2 miles radius with the addition of a $ 1 cost to every sandwich. Too bad they are not open 24 like Subways because this place would be a leg up on the competition.
