I went into this store to purchase a few items and had no issue at all Amy helped me and extreamly nice, I then had an issue with one of the items I purchased (A knot in the neclace I purchased) took it in to see if they were able to get it out she said no problem pick it up tomorrow. The next day I recieved a phone call saying they has fixed my neclace but had to replace the chain because they broke it while unknotting it. They stated I needed to pay for the replacement chain. When I took the neclace there it was just as I had purchased it but with this tiny knot. I went in to get my neclace and an explanation as to why I was being charged for something I didnt do. The girl at the front said it wasnt their problem and I needed to pay for it. I then told them to put my old chain back on that I wasnt going to pay for something I didnt break. I was next door and the sales associtate came in very agressivly and threw the box with my old neclace and started yelling that its not their problem the neclace is now streched out then slamed the door behind her. VERY RUDE, not a good way to treat customers or do business if If they werent able to take the knot out without ruining the neclace they should have just rejected it and said they werent able to fix. Instead of ruining my necklace and deciding to tell me id have to pay for it after the fact.

I was on my way to Banzi when I found this place. I was enthusiastically greated when I walked in and explained about the store and their designer. They have super cute clothes for a fantastic price point especially in that area. The designer makes gorgeous jewelry that is not not cheap but also not over priced. Its a great place to stop in!

I’m having a pretty crappy day and the sweet sales girl was not only beautiful but extremely calming and nice. She helped me find a few cute items to hopefully out together an engagement party look. Mahalo for your unexpected Aloha!
