Okay, I LOVE the clothes of this place but have to say they need to fix their return policy. The systems they are using are just so old you need to bring your credit card, receipt, slip all with you AND when you order online sometimes they take it back and other times they give you a hard time and make it a process.
The service here is wonderful, this review is strictly for the people who could change the systems they are using to make it easier for everyone. Carina is a wonderful sales girl along with the blonde male manager. I would definitely shop here again and love the clothes, but they have to change this system!

Horrible experience !!! In holiday timing they only had one register! Long wait! On top of that they did a mistake on my bill and mix ups with sizes! Worst shopping experience possible!

i’ve been patiently waiting for massimo dutti to finally make its way to the west coast and it finally happened! in our neck of the woods!
it’s the sister brand of zara, but much more conservative and preppy, think j. crew but much more tailored and fitted, think olivia palermo and her hubby johannes huebl.
anyways, enough with the intro. i was here at massimo with one mission, to find a coat for my bf for xmas.
i brought his suit jacket along to make sure i got the right size. and at one point i had 3 male employees coming by to try on the coat to make sure i get the right size. as you can see, the service is exceptional here, and so was the lady at the cashier, sweetest girl ever.
i sure darn hope the coat fits! but honestly, if it doesn’t, he’s got a ton of other yummy items to exchange for :)
