Been coming here consistently for the past 3 years. I’ve always been happy with the food and service. I can probably think of a complain if I had to, but who’s perfect? It’s fast food and it tastes great. After I eat there, my hunger is satisfied and I’m happy.

My fiancée and I were going through the drive through to order breakfast food. I ordered a biscuit sandwich from the menu. They said«we don’t have any biscuits.» My fiancée ordered an egg white sandwich, also from the menu. «The said we only do egg whites in the morning»(nowhere on the menu did it say this). She ordered orange juice for a drink and without telling us uncharged $ 1.50 for the orange juice. To cap it off, when we got to the window they said«it will be a 10 minute wait. Please pull to the parking lot to wait.» Get your act together. You have neither menu item that we wanted, and made us wait ten minutes for drive thru food. That’s 3 strikes, your out.

Most McDonalds realize that consistency is the most important thing about a franchise. I have found that most McDonalds are quite consistent, for a McDonalds. I dont expect to get fare that would make a foodie rave about online, I also dont expect service where I am coddled. I expect familiar foods and quick service. This McDonalds fails on what a franchise should be. The dining area is small, only 3 booths. I refuse to eat outside where its 100 °F outside. Some cashiers have no common sense. –1 star for constantly not having Apple pie in stock. Really, how hard is it to use you’re eyes to see if there is Apple pie available and if its out or getting low, fry up some more? –2 stars for the morning manager today unprofessionally scolding across the dining room that I cannot get soda in my orange juice cup. Really? I paid $ 1,50 for orange juice and would like some diet Coke that costs less then .5 cents. I get a Diet Coke all the time at many other locations after I drink my orange juice and no one has ever said anything. I also have not seen any sign saying soda is incompatible with the orange juice cups that cost more(.50 cents more then a $ 1 soda cup). Does she really expect me to pay for a separate soda cup in addition to the orange juice cup? Seems wasteful. Ever heard of that saying«stepping over dollars to pick up nickels»? Thats this location. Even though they are across the street from my work, I will not go here anymore. Enjoy your .5 cents of Diet Coke concentrate. I could use less garbage like McDonalds in my diet, anyways.

The manager named PRINCESS working morning shifts is one of many reasons I don’t visit McDonald’s frequently. McDonald’s makes a great profit because they hire low wage, attitude filled, angry individuals like«Princess». Take one month off of buying pounds of makeup and hairspray and go to anger management classes. She’s what’s wrong with fast food. Yep, I said it. Cook at home before visiting this location.

Why isn’t an option to put zero stars? Meh I went through through the drive thru with my boyfriend. They were semi rude but I’ll live. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no tomatoes. Combo with an upgraded large drink. Twenty nuggets and an egg mc muffin. I waited quite a while for my things, which I understand sometimes you get busy, but when I got to the window they were just slow as heck. I let that go. The manager lady gave me my food in a bag. I didn’t want to be rude to the car behind me so I felt around the bag without looking. I parked because I felt like there was something missing. Low and behold, I got a bag with twenty nuggets(which was amazingly good, their only saving grace) a quarter pounder(which had two pieces of pickle and two little bit of onion) a medium fries and no drink and no egg mc muffin. So I went inside the«restaurant»(grumpy bf cause he just flew in from ny) told the lady I was missing stuff and she just gave me this I don’t believe you attitude. Walked up to the screen(I honestly wanted to just get my money back and leave…) I told her I wanted the large fry which they didn’t even fill up, so it was still a medium, waited ten minutes for them to finish making my damn Mc muffin. She asked if I wanted sausage. I left still without a drink. I’m NOT coming back. I thought it would be breezy at this location since it’s tucked away but shit service. Fries were soggy…

Awful customer service. This is what happened after sending my sandwich back TWICE. The 1st time for not having the vinaigrette sauce I wanted, the 2nd time for them taking the same sandwich and handling it too much, making it lukewarm and wilted. I take this as the shut the f*** up amount of sauce. Oh, and most people speak Spanish now, you lazy a**es so be more careful. And please teach your drive thru drink girl how much ice goes in a cup for WARMICEDTEA!!!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I have never been treated with such poor customer service in my life. What’s worse is that this man is «management». I put management in quotations because FERNANDO shows zero qualifications to be considered such a title. When asked about a policy he couldn’t provide one. When asked to speak with his superior she was not present. All I got was a NAPKIN with his name and the stores managers name on it. I will never again return to this establishment. And I recommend that anyone else does either please save your money and your time.

10:35PST: Lord Antimatter has arrived. He’s a boss in the drive-thru, and he’s about to give some orders. 10:38PST: Lord Antimatter disapproves McDonald’s use of ‘artisan’ to describe a sandwich, anywhere, anytime. It weakens the homeland and confuses children. 10:39PST: Lord Antimatter notes the drive-thru’s attractive, quality landscaping. 10:40PST: Lord Antimatter is a man of taste who appreciates neatly trimmed exotic bushes around the world. He salutes the bush trimmers and thanks them for their attention to detail, selfless sacrifice, and service to mankind. 10:41PST: Lord Antimatter’s order is filled. Mission accomplished.

Pros: Clean dining area Quick service Courteous staff Convenient for local hotel guests Cons: Self serve area needs a little upkeep — fountains were splashy which created a mess — ketchup dispenser and paper cups were empty Full trash containers No play area for kids, but not always necessary

McDonalds(at this location) has failed me. I don’t go to McDonalds often, but when I do I go here to grab a breakfast sandwich. I get egg and cheese biscuit. It comes to about $ 1.79 or so. Today I go in order my sandwich the lady rings me up close to $ 4 !!! I politely say, I don’t believe that is correct, I only wanted a sandwich, not a combo. She said, that is the price of the sandwich. I told her that can’t be, there’s no meat . I’m going to add this lady was not rude in any way. She said she was the manager and never heard of biscuits(even egg and cheese) being less than three dollars. I mentioned that the price was 1.79 every time I’ve come in also at the other locations. She said they must be doing it wrong . McDonald’s, please(re)inform your staff and managers that this isn’t anything new or wrong that staff is doing. So did I get my egg and cheese biscuit ?? Yes-, Down the road at Carl’s Jr. $ 1.79. :)

On the first week in November the drive thru gave to me a bag without nap-kins On my second trip through the drive thru McDonalds gave to me a very dry cheeseburger On my third trip through the drive thru McDonald’s gave to me, 1 cold pumpkin pie On my last trip through the drive thru Mc Donalds gave to me One iced coffee, without enough cream Located off the 405 off Bristol street makes for an easy pit stop on my way to class to grab a cold drink or snack. But over the past few weeks Ive had issues here with my order. My last visit I requested additional half and half for my iced coffee snd the attendant asked«for what?» I said its for my iced coffee, you didnt put enough creamer in it. He told me he didn’t have half and half. Which is Bizarre since they ask you if you want cream indside or outside your coffee. Unless he didnt know half and half is cream. Ive also received a cold pie here, regular tea instead of sweetened and a dry burger. So either dine inside or triple check your bag before you leave. But my last few visits here have all been not so good. Review #502

I just saw this on my bookmarks and was wondering why I had bookmarked this particularly McDonalds. Then I remember last holiday season I stopped here to get breakfast on the way to Baja. The drive thru line was long, so I got of the car to go inside. Fast forward 30 – 40 minutes later. Yes, the service is that slow and coupled with a ton of errors and dimwitted employees who can’t remember anything for more than 1 minute. I am not lying when I saw I thought for sure I was going to go crazy in there and the police were going to come and take me away. Luckily my husband came to take me away from this shittiest of McDonald’s locations.

When you mess up an order, please do not blame the customer especially when there are other witnesses in the vehicle who heard your order. The manager did the opposite of help — had an attitude and said it was our fault. They even forgot to give us food that were on our receipt. Had to go back and get it — please be more organized and customer service friendly. Basic courtesy.

Drive thru is very slow. They need to have more employees to move faster. Fairly modern building but criminal elements have vandalized the tables and bathroom. It’s next door to the Crown hotel and near South Coast plaza. The dining area is pretty dirty with trash and left over ketchup and pickles on the ground.
