Was here around 840 on sunday night the two girls were super polite and they smiled and helped me right away when i went in had the deal with soup and sub and drink. sub was made perfectly good portions and the soup which is usually (gross because its old) at other locations tasted great have to say this is a prime example of what i want in a subway faith has been restored in the brand after bad experiences at othe locations

This particular subway is just dirty, there are flies all over the place and they let them get on your food. It’s disgusting… I once ordered a sandwich and had a bug inside of it.

I have never been in a smaller Subway before. It is so small.
I was craving a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie so I came here. It was delicious, like always. The staff was super nice too. Didn’t get a sandwich though so can’t rate it on those

The morning crew is great, the evening crew needs a little help. The girl was not very nice in fact she was just rude. I will give this place a good review because I have been here at least 20 times and that this is my first bad experience.

Great sub just like most subways :). I really enjoyed eating here at this subway because of the workers here tonight, I think my sandwich maker is new? She immediately greeted me politely her name was HOLLY (: she has great customer service skills as well as her co worker whose name was Josue I think they are great workers and they do fantastic team work and helped each other out, would definitely come back to this subway because they are fun to talk to as they make your sandwich. 5 Stars guys Keep it up!

Whenever I go to this specific location, I always go right when they open (I get my lunches earlier in the day as I don’t have time to get it later on). The employees are pretty kind and they are very good at not skimping on the vegetables or sauces. I always get a «Have a nice day» after every transaction, too. I haven’t been at this location during lunch hours to know the feeling of being rushed, but I do know that in the morning they really put in the effort of getting you your meal.

Went to this Subway a few years ago and… never again! Was there with my mom, it was busy, and we ordered our sandwich and moved along. They didn’t seem to be as polite to us as the other customer, but I brushed it off. We sat down outside to eat and her sandwich had not been prepared properly. I went back in to have the order corrected and was greeted with an attitude. We ended up just getting a refund I was so uncomfortable and frustrated. At the time I had no idea that Subways are privately owned… well I learned that day! I was so upset and embarrassed at how I was treated in comparison to the other customers.

Bad customer service at this spot, girl at 9pm on Saturday shift was really moody and had problems hearing. She also dared to call me a «Chino» right after I paid. Anyways much love to Subway, the food is great but certain employee has issues.

This gets a 2 only for the fact that it is yet another passable Subway. The staff here is not cheerful, a big annoyance when trying to destress from the workday. The restaurant is cramped and generally off putting. The toppings are a bit stingy and the bread I had was a bit stale during lunch rush.
Overall go past this one to Baker and Fairview and there is another subway with exact same menu and prices with a far better environment, staff, and cookies.
We also had a negative incident where we ordered subs from here and my boss had to wait for several «real» customers before the cashier would check her out because he didn’t want to delay the «real» customers… what the hell is that about? One customer picking up 6 subs + stuff for office is less important than a guy buying a single sub?
