McDonald’s

Absolute worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. A homeless man went in thru the back door and basically locked himself up doing who knows what in there. I tried going in at least 3 different times to wash my hands before eating and he was in there and had the door locked. I let the manager know and she just replied «if it’s locked it’s occupied.» WTF?
Inside there were just people hanging out probably waiting for the bus and not eating– taking up the limited space of the people who wanted to dine in. The tables were filthy. They need to revamp this place or just shut it down.

Always pretty bad.
Getting the orders wrong, messing up the orders, and a horrible cashier that gave such an attitude that three cars decided to just skip her, one of which honked and flipped her off.

I would give less stars if possible, especially if I was just comparing it to other McDonalds because this was the WORST experience even VS the Micky D’s in Banning.
Leaving Newport Beach & heading back to the hotel K wanted an iced coffee. I Unilocaled Micky D’s & this was the closest.
We pulled into the drive thru & K see’s the sign that says «Fried Peach Pies. 2 for $ 1.» So since she’s feeling nostalgic towards the McDonalds fried pies she asks me to order 2 for her & C.
Our order is:
One large iced non fat carmel mocha
One large Coke Zero
One Medium Powerade
Two Peach pies for a buck.
The reply. «Sorry sir, we don’t have Coke Zero, all we have is diet Coke. We don’t have Powerade. We don’t have Peach Pies anymore.»
My response «OK, make it a diet Coke & change the Peach Pies to Apple».
C was very unhappy about the lack of Powerade.
We pulled around & paid for our order and then drove to the pick up window. I ask the lady why they don’t have Peach Pies but still have the sign up as she starts handing me our drinks. Her response was «We haven’t had them for awhile as they are out of season. We just haven’t taken the sign down.»
So off we go back to the hotel but as I’m pulling away from the window we almost get hit head on by a truck coming into the parking lot. He’s turning left on an arrow so he has the right of way as far as his left turn in concerned but once in the parking lot he crosses the drive-​thru exit which is where we almost meet. McDonalds, put up a sign. Very dangerous.
On we go. K pulls out the box containing one of the Apple Pies and notices that the «Use Thru» date & time is Sept. 30^th, 4:04pm.
It was almost 6:30pm. Now you & I know that there’s most likely nothing wrong with the pies. But, it’s nasty to think this McDonalds sells stuff that is PAST it’s «use thru» date. Like maybe milk, yogurt or apple slices? It’s all a bit gross.
No advertised Peach Pies, No Powerade, No Coke Zero, dangerous drive-​thru exit, selling items past the «sell thru» date & time, Employees to lazy to remove a sign which advertises an item no longer available. 0 Stars.

Seriously the worst Mcdonalds and service EVER. They overcharged me twice, the lady (who has the dumb look on her face, pasty white with freckles) is ALWAYS giving people bad looks and a foul mouth.
These people who work here are always rude and inconsiderate especially if they didnt hear u the first time OR the 3^rd time and you try your best to keep your cool and repeat it back to them! After all that time repeating the order to them THEY MANAGE TO OVER CHARGE YOU AND GET YOUR ORDER WRONG!!!
I seriously asked for 1 meal and a mcflurry. they got my order wrong FORGOT TO PUT THE PATTY IN MY HAMBURGER, & Gave me old fries! WTH?! NO ONE WAS INFRONT OF ME, NO ONE WAS IN BACK OF ME. HOW CAN YOU MANAGE TO SCREW THAT UP?!

Worst customer service ever. Had the biggest attitude through the drive through window. No mcgriddles either

Nice day outside so I decided to eat outside in the fenced off area. Less then 5 minutes after I’m done I get harassed by security guard telling me no loitering. I just wanted to relax a few minutes after eating. I wasn’t doing anything out there but I guess that’s bad enough and was escorted out. I know one McDonald’s I’ll never go back to now.

I’m going to give these people a few good stars. They do a lot with what they have to deal with… and by that I mean the horrific homeless and drug addicted population who frequent this place and like to cause trouble.
I like to come in here to get a Diet Coke after I get my thrift on at the Goodwill across the street. Everybody in here has always been nice, from the kids who work behind the counter to the security guard they had to hire to keep the vagrants out. I was in here the other day and this one tweeker was going OFF on the manager because the security guard told her she has to be a paying customer to use the bathroom. I don’t blame them one bit, McDonalds is a for-​profit business, not a homeless shelter.
Anyhoo…the manager (a sweet lady) had to stand there and listen to this tweeker go off on her. Believe me, I would NOT have listened to her stupid rant and I would have called the police in a heartbeat. I was talking to the security guard and the kid who was wiping down the tables and they told me that this stuff happens in here all the time.
I did not find the restaurant to be filthy, on the contrary, it’s pretty clean considering the people who like to come in here. The security guard and the manager get five stars for being polite to a trouble causing tweeker.

It’s McDonalds, it’s not good for you but it’s always consistent. I did have a burger the other day and the manager was really Kool about making it right so for that 5 stars!

As it should be im comparing this to other McDonald’s I’ve been to throughout my life.
And this one is terrible lol
There’s constantly homeless people that congregate right outside an exit
The breakfast I get here is consistently cold. Not even warm but cold. It sucks. I even ask them to cook it well done but to no avail.
I’m positive i’ll come back here for sake of ease as a breakfast sandwich spot but consider this Micky ds to be on the shitty side of the McDonald’s spectrum

It’s hard to expect a lot from a McDonalds you pretty much can count on getting the same meal at all the different locations which is nice but the one thing about this McDonalds that is very annoying is there is so many homeless people all day long sleeping by the front door begging for change at the drive thru window and it’s just downright dirty and disgusting inside almost every time I’ve gone in to use the bathroom there’s a homeless person in there are waiting to go in there I definitely do not let my son go in without being watched a hundred percent

Fast service, but this place was VERY dirty and my fries were cold. My order came out within 5 minutes of ordering so it must have been sitting there which would also explain the cold fries.
Ordering was not easy also, the lady kept messing up on my order and I had to correct her multiple times. She kept adding cheeseburgers instead of the double cheeseburgers.
Probably wouldn’t return here just because of how dirty this location is.

This may be the dirtiest restaurant in the entire area. I have been there numerous times. However, I won’t go back. The place is filthy, the employees are poorly trained, and I saw a few things that would make anyone run. Absolutely disgusting. McDonald’s Corporate needs to get involved with this franchisee/​owner and clean the place up… this store reflects poorly on McDonald’s and it’s reputation.

I’ve been to my fair share of McD’s in my day and this is by far the worst one!
Recently moved out here to Costa Mesa off the 55 and this is unfortunately the closest McDonalds to me.
I am not kidding when I say that every time I’ve gone here, my order has been wrong or things have been missing or items have been cold. EVERY TIME! One time they forgot my order of fries and as I drove back around they were closed and had turned everything off! So frustrating!
I’ve wanted to call every time right after and complain but decided to just never return. Such poor service as well.
I would avoid it at all costs unless you feel like waiting forever to get help and your food.

This McDonalds has the usual low quality food and indifferent service that you find at most locations. If you’re desperate for food and unable to afford anything else, go ahead. If not, go somewhere else. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but I would prefer to eat food that doesn’t clog my arteries and give me a heart attack.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited!!! The bathrooms are dirty with no tp. The kitchen floor is covered with trash. Do not go there! Where is the health department?

AVOID! Very dirty. Took 15 minutes to get an ice cream cone.

I have never been to such a bad McDonald’s. It’s dirty and the all Hispanic staff is very rude. They actually seem to dislike White people. That can’t be good for business.

I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese & Fries for $ 5.58.
The Beef was juicy and delicious and the Cheese was so very good.
The Fries were crispy and went great with Ketchup.
A perfect meal for the American Laborer from this Drive Thru.

I was really hungry. I saw this McDonald’s and so I pulled up and ordered a sausage egg Mc Muffin and asked for 4 ketchup. I paid and got my food.
It was very unhealthy but shit I got work and this did the job.

Nobody needs to read reviews on Mc Donald’s. People just go.
In an effort not to make this the biggest waste of time,
this is THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Like many, I’ve been to a ton but this somehow can’t meet the basics.
Very poor service. If I’m one of two people in line, how does it take ten minutes to help me.
Bathrooms have no toilet paper and there are no paper dispensers available for dine in customers. Have never encountered such a thing at a fast food joint, let alone Mc Donald’s.
This establishment defines «Zero!». I would give it zero stars if I could.
