Joe’s background in Architecture combined with Frank and Carlos’s passion for Art really helps the business thrive and excel in Costa Mesa (city of the Arts). They’ve been running the business for over 25 years so they definitely have enough experience to make your project look fresh.
Recently they partnered up with the Costa Mesa Cultural Arts Committee to install a public art project for 19th street and it feels incredible to know how much of a difference it is making for our community. I was introduced to Mesa by a good friend as well as the staff at The Museum of Latin American Art. Joe and Frank are incredible. I redecorated my whole house and thereby wanted to change the framing on 90% of the artwork in our home. Not only are they very knowledgable but they are also fairly priced and run their business with much integrity. Great service… great product… great workmanship! What a great find!

I work at the Museum of Latin American Art and Mesa Art has been our preferred art framing shop for over a decade. They are all trained to handle and deal with museum artifacts. I was introduced to Joe & Frank by a local framing shop and need help repairing a 100 yr old painting. It was absolutely filthy (as it sat in a attic for over 70 yrs) had a couple of tears and some paint lose. The Frame also need to be refinished. Joe is a honest man with tons of integrity! He helped me repair my painting at a cost that I would say was more than far in a very short amount of time. I have been to a few local framing companies and these guys are simply the best! Great service, great pricing, just great people! Thank you Joe and Frank for the incredible job you did for my painting! I am a customer for life and will continue to recommend you to anyone who needs a fantastic art and framing shop!

A great framer, with fantastic prices. They are sensitive to the needs of artists, and very knowledgeable. I’ve been disappointed by the poor service and high prices of the franchise frame shops in the past – so glad I discovered Mesa Art!
