Phil is amazing! I took him a 24×36 photo that I wanted framed for my living room. The colors in the photo are interesting and hard to match. Phil spent a good hour with me helping me select the very best frame and matting to show off the photo. The result is breathtaking! And I’m not the only one who is thrilled — the artist was speechless when he saw the final result. Thanks, Phil!
