These guys are super helpful and explained their product well to me. I came to them from another carrier, sprint who I was not happy with, only to find that metro pcs is now on T mobiles network which makes the data for my new iPhone impeccable. The service is exceptional for the price I pay a month. Sam was one of the guys there that helped me through the whole process of switching over and I couldn’t be happier with his service. If your looking for a new cell phone plan with or without contract at an unbeatable price you should try this store out. I bought my phone here as well and they gave me a great deal!

This place is so shady. Looks like a ghetto bodega. People there talk to you like you’re stupid and have zero knowledge in the industry. I dont know where all of these great posts came from. Must be friends of this «Sam» character. But, I think its pretty funny that this guy «Sam” Has ten 5 star reviews from a guy nemed «Sam» lol nice try guy. Take your business elsewhere people. I had a great experience in this store, great costumer service and the staff is very knowledgeable. They try to help you get the best plan for you and a cellphone of your likes and needs. Friendly staff and very helpful. They even make the time and effort to make sure you leave happy. They go out of their way to find the answers for you on any questions you may have. I’m very happy with their service and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I’m giving this place four stars because it offers service through Go Smart Mobile, which is T-Mobile’s new company that launched this past month. They are like an MVNO except T-Mobile owns and operates it. Because they are using their own network, it’s technically not an MVNO, but a new brand. Great value of unlimited voice and text and 5 GB HSPA+ data plans that don’t exceed $ 45 a month.

I believe customer service makes all the difference and this place by far has the best service. They really go above and beyond in taking care of their customers. Even if you’re not tech savvy or not sure what you really want, they will patiently talk to you to find out the best possible phone for you and your budget. There are so many models and plans out there that it could get confusing, but these pple really take the time to find out the best combination for you.
Oh and did I mention they also do computers and have WESTERN UNION.
