Randy Higbee Gallery

The Randy Higbee gallery pulled out all of the stops to make an event that I was working on with several other non-​profits, beautiful, elegant and a great experience for guests. His entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, our event was a success and that all of our needs were met. It is a wonderful venue with ample parking! Our event was a hit and we were so glad we chose this space.

Randy Higbee Gallery doesn’t just do frames, it has a great event space. I have an exhibit currently showing at Randy Higbee Gallery and I must say I am grateful since the space was donated for the project (which involves non-​profit organizations that deal with domestic violence) and that Randy and his team were incredibly helpful with everything from the setup to the opening and beyond. The space with the installation is very large and the space where we held the opening and panel discussion is also large. They had everything we needed to hold our event. Wonderful people, wonderful space!

First of all, this place is listed as Art & Framing Co. on google maps — immediately giving the wrong impression of the type of framing available here. Upon walking in, i was greeted by a young woman who advised me that they will need to order a custom frame because they do not carry anything in half-​inches (8 ½×11 is not standard?). An older woman came from the back to help, and instead of being helpful, ultimately insulted me by telling me my «preprinted certificate» would be better suited for a frame from Michael’s or Target. What i brought in to have framed was my California Real Estate License, which took 2 years to obtain and countless sleepless nights studying, not to mention YEARS of experience in the industry. The «certificate» I wanted framed clearly was not good enough to be framed by such a luxurious art gallery. Not only would i never come back here, i would also like it to be known to the employees/​managers/​owners of this business that insulting your clients is not good business practice. the only word i can use to describe my 3 minute experience — SNOBBY. I would much rather support Michael’s or Target by shopping there, because at least their employees don’t have an over-​inflated sense of self-​importance.

Recommended by a friend, I visited the Gallery for the first time with an oil painting to be framed. The owner immediately researched the artist and provided me with information that I did not already know. I was amazed at the vast array of available resources from which to choose, and the very pleasant, knowledgeable, and creative designers. I can’t wait to return with more pictures to be framed. Wonderful experience.

I am a professional artist who depends on a company who can get me frames quickly and make my work look good! This business is absolutely wonderful! I order frames from them (King of Frames) online and they have superb service!!! I am so pleased with their customer care that I wouldn’t think of ordering frames anywhere else!
