I had Danielle and my roommate had Danika. Both were amazing.
My hair had a ton of red over the counter dye in it and Danielle lifted it out, then wove my hair to get me an amazing light brown blonde color that all my friends have loved.
My roommate had Danika, who took her from a 4n to a lighter, more even brown.
They were both super sweet and really fun. I highly recommend both of them!

Every time I get my hair done I go to Karen and she always does an amazing job. She listens to your ideas, gives sound advice, and even makes suggestions when you aren’t sure what you’re going for. She is truly a miracle worker and won’t let you leave unhappy!

I have bounced around from hair stylist to hair stylist until (by some miracle) I found Danica about 5 years ago and I haven’t gone to anyone else since! She’s the best! She’s extremely creative and really listens to what you want done even if it’s just an idea you have in your head! Absolutely love her and love this salon!

Danica kicks butt! She was so sweet and accommodating from the get-​go and really listened to my indecisive and vague description of what I wanted done with my color. Danica is amazing! She takes her time and ensures that you love her work. She did my blonde highlights with a haircut. Price is great. Atmosphere is calming. Danica can do anything. If you bring in a picture she can match it. You must go here & go to Danica!

I was looking to make a big change with my hair by going from dark brown to blonde and was very cautious about picking a salon. My friend recommended Karen, and I was EXTREMELY happy with my decision.
Karen listened to my ideas and looked at the photos I had brought with me and talked me through what we do. It was the first time I had dyed my hair professionally, and I was very nervous about it. But Karen put me at ease with her professionalism and sense of humor. The process took a couple of hours, and it came out beautiful. I got a lot of compliments on my hair.
The price was more than fair; my friends back in the Midwest paid more than what I did for less of a radical change. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks, Karen!

I have been going to Jaime for a few years now, and she is great. Very personable, kind, and good at dealing with my less-​than-​appealing hair. I recommend her for males and females. The salon itself is clean and friendly with easy parking.

Danica is AWESOME! I’ve gone to her for all my haircuts for a couple of years now and getting my hair dye and bleached a few times.
I’ve always had really long hair and was scared to go above shoulder length! She did a really good job cutting it short and styling it as well!
She is also really good at recommending products especially for naturally curly hair!

This salon is awesome!!! It is always very clean, bright, and cheerful. The whole staff is very friendly. I have always had my hair done by Danica. My hair comes out perfect everytime!!! She does amazing color, highlights and cut. It has been very convenient living in Santa Ana/​Costa Mesa but I am planning on moving. I will continue coming to this salon even if I have to drive miles to get there. The drive is definately worth it!!! If you are looking for a great salon this is the one!!! I have been coming to Robert & Taylor salon for over a year now and I always see Danica for my bleach and tone. I’m a dirty blonde naturally and have been platinum for many years. A lot of other salons and stylists would leave brassy rings on my regrowth even after toning, but Danica always manages to make my color (and cut) perfect every time. The salon is really comfortable, and I always feel very welcome when I come in. The owner (Robert) is always there when I come in and is very friendly and so nice. Everyone in the salon seems so happy, and the genuine kind of happy, not the fake «I’m being paid to be happy» kind of happy. The atmosphere as well as the quality of service you get here is really unmatched to any other salon I’ve been to. The prices are really fair too.
But the best thing for me is that Danica always gets my hair exactly how I want it, even if I have some weird explanation of what I want done. She never forces anything that on me, which has happened at basically every other salon I’ve gone to, except here!

I have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, and I must say what an amazing find this salon is. I am a natural redhead who has had a very hard time finding a good colorist… until now. This is a wonderful salon — so relaxing. Especially for a working mommy! Robert does a great job on my hair — which is not easy because I do not have time for any styling. His cuts last too — if only my hair continued to look healthy, the cut is still perfect!
I do bring my kids early in the morning — every kids haircut place would mess up their hair and then Robert would end up fixing the mistakes. So, I just come here first now. All the other preschool moms want their daughters to try my 3 year old’s haircut — it is so stylish.

A couple of years ago, I got tired of the same old haircut and wanted to update my cut to something a little more modern and hip. I tried a few people that were recommended by friends and I got haircuts I would say were okay, but nothing quite hit the mark.
I was referred to Jeremy by a friend of mine and went to see him. I told him what I had in mind and (unlike the others it would seem) he really listened to what I had to say. He had some suggestions for cuts and I ended up going with the cut that struck the right balance between business and fun.
For the first time in years, I started getting complements on my hair cut from friends, colleagues and even customers. Best of all, my wife really likes the cut and thinks I look younger with my new ‘do.
I’ve been going to Jeremy for a couple of years now and, unless one of us gets hit by a bus, I’ll be going to him for years to come.

Finally found a salon in the OC that I can stick with and that doesn’t cost me an arm and leg. I found this place through Unilocal and saw their 50% off announcement. Of course, with the five star reviews and that deal, I had to check this salon out.
As I entered, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The salon has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Lots of natural light flowing in, light kelly green salon chairs, and most importantly, genuinely friendly people! I was assigned to Danielle. I have a bob and needed some maintaining — and I wanted slight bangs. I showed her a picture of Katie Holmes’ bob with side-​bangs. Danielle used to have a bob, so she is quite familiar with the styling, maintenance, etc. She suggested different bangs as Katie’s would be high-​maintenance.
Anyway, Danielle gave me the exact haircut I had in mind. She spent a good amount of time and detail on my hair. Additionally, she gave me plenty of tips and suggestions to style it. I stepped out the door happy and feeling good! Lovelovelove my haircut! Without the deal, the salon’s prices are still moderate relative to other OC salons. I will be back!
