The company reached out to me after I submitted a review on the service and said they would forward the message to all concerned parties. I deeply appreciate their quick customer service and how the company overall valued me more than how I was treated at this location. I would love to give the store another chance but definitely would regret it if I saw that this associate was still an employee there.

This store has the worst customer service at all! When I walked in the store, the SA was rude and unprofessional. When I walked in, and asked if she could bring me my size, she just stood there and ignored my request.(There were only two SAs in the store, and one asian lady is helping other customers) I literally had to «beg» her so that she could show me the shoes I wanted. She acted like she held a lot of grudge against her customers. She was impatient. She made you feel like you had to suck up to her. When I called ahead to make sure the shoes I wanted was in stock so that I did not have to drive 50 miles for nothing, she said, «we are too busy right now.» I have called different stores before, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth etc. to make sure they have the particular handbag or shoes that I want. Nothing like this ever happened. Do not go to this store!!! You will have the worst shopping experience ever!!!
