We went through the difficult experience of hospice when my father died recently. We didn’t know how it worked or what to expect, but it went smoothly. Linda was our main contact from the start and explained everything. The guys who delivered the equipment did a good job and showed us how things worked. The nursing people who came over to care for my dad were compassionate and knowledgeable, always on task even at 3 in the morning. I don’t recall seeing the same person twice but they were all awesome and took the time to explain things to us. And if you qualify, this service is FREE. We genuinely never saw a bill for one cent. The only thing I would improve is that they seemed to take a while on the death certification. I don’t know about other providers but I would definitely recommend Sea Crest. If you don’t know about Hospice, what they do is help your loved one from leaving the hospital until death. Once the person dies, they are done and the funeral home takes over. Nice job Sea Crest, you made a very sad time a bit more bearable.
