Michael and the rest of the morning crew are the best. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but they always remember me and what I drink. I come here over the other locations because of this reason. Plus, they’re quick compared to the massive wait I’ve had to endure with other locations.

Poor excuse for a Starbucks. Horrible customer service from a guy who looks like he found out his boyfriend cheated on him and wants to take it out on me. Either that or I looked like someone who broke his heart. He was rude. Slammed my items on the table. Didn’t say one nice thing. Saw me standing waiting for my items and went out of his way to put it at the end of the bar. On top of that the coffee was horrible. Not sure how you can go wrong with black coffee. However they did. This location is one of the reasons I start looking for coffee bean and tea leaf or peet’s coffee locations.

This location has never disappointed me with my drinks tasting bad, taking forever to make, or been made wrong. While the employees are willing to go out of their way to make your complicated drink, help you out making decisions, or talking to you, they seem to do a half *ss job cleaning and get paid to make plans about going out to drink and talking about customers loudly. While studying one of the baristas spilled some espresso beans and swept them into a corner and went to the back to get the dust pan. When he came back he noticed some water in it and complained about that, but never swept up the beans and left it there in the corner. Probably because 5 minutes later he was off. What made me write a review though was about what the employees that were off were doing. They were standing at the end of the display case for the pastries talking, distracting, asking questions about whether they wanted to join them for drinks after work. Then proceeded to the long table I was studying at with the wireless charging stations that I was using at the time. When she noticed I was using it she said, «this guy is hogging all the charging outlets». Maybe because I also had my laptop plugged into the wall as well. SO, she had to ever so unfortunately use her plug-in charger and plug it in to the outlet next to mine for her phone and disconnect herself from her phone while her friends were taking selfies and texting. She could have easily asked to use the wireless charging device and I would have kindly let her use it because my phone was at 69% when she said that. But no she had to go and insult me, not cleverly charge her phone while she was talking to her coworkers, and not on her phone… not every employee at this location though are bad, there are two there that are genuinely hard workers, that I have noticed whenever I go there.

Slowest Starbucks every!!! The workers are too busy goofing around when they could be making the drinks! I was the only person that ordered one drink and it took 15 mins

Slow. Slow. Slow. There were 3 people working joking and laughing and no drinks were being made. My tall frap took 15 minutes and there were only 1 person ahead of me(she didn’t look happy either) … Fridge needed attention as well.

I came here to get a coffee and after taking a sip at the hole part of the lid I saw like a brown looking antler/tentacles looking thing and I didn’t think anything of it, so I wiped it off and left that starbucks because I was with my client at the time and then I felt a bump on my lip and before I could even think I tossed the cup out. I just hope I don’t catch anything. Check ur coffee before u drink it. No point of asking for a new one I wouldn’t want one after that. So disgusting. Im traumatized after that. I don’t even want to drink coffee there anymore at least not in the cup they provide. I did call their corporate office and they gave me a lovely $ 10 credit :/starbucks thanks for nothing

This Starbucks is so bad. 1st drink, a Frappuccino wasn’t even mixed, didn’t have enough ice and separated after 3 minutes. And it was made wrong to start. It came with whip cream when I said no whip. Got a refund and asked for an Iced Americano. Not enough ice and so watered down it looked like Cool lime. The Barista Kimberly need to go back to school. There were 3 returned drinks in the 12 minutes I was there. Go here if you like watery coffee and your drinks. made wrong.

I wish I didn’t even have to rate this store with a star they don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible service, I ordered twice now with the mobile order. The 1st time my drink took 12 minutes! 12! Only for it to be made wrong, I asked them to re make it, and was told I ordered it wrong but after another person looked at the sticker they said I ordered it right. Then today I ordered a grande Americano with cream and it taste like straight water and cream with no coffee. Also I’ve called 3 times to complain and can get ahold of the store manager«Alison» and she doesn’t return calls, or her employees can’t deliver messages. Not coming back to this horrible store ever again.

I come here every morning and every morning I got greeted with hey Lillie ice americano right? I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 6 years now and I love how they’ve always made my drinks and well now I woke here part time… Now that I work here I understand the stress level of making drinks on a timely manner or getting the crazy drink u decided to customize right(it’s stressful) lol. So hey give all the baristas a break I know now what it feels like that to be on other side looking out. And be kind to us new baristas it’s hard man!!! Lol hope I don’t mess anyone’s drinks and if I do I’m sorry in advance

I’m in at least two Starbucks a day. This is the slowest one I’ve been to in months. It’s great to train new baristas, but when you have two people standing around watching and doing nothing but chatting, one of you can definitely pour an iced coffee with no sweetener. And when I asked that very thing, telling me the baristas training and going back to your chats horrible customer service.

Friendly baristas and well air conditioned. When I’m in the area I make it a point to come here to work or study because it’s usually fairly quiet except for occasional business meetings which makes it ideal for working and lesson planning uninterrupted on holidays or weekends. Lots of windows and good light for reading and writing. Plentiful wall outlets if your work laptop does not hold charge well. Conveniently located in the same parking lot as Target which makes it easy to find and provides ample parking.

Tables and floor filthy! I thought employee coming out with a rag was going to clean tables, but instead only cleaned the cream and sugar bar. Sorry Starbucks, but decided not to order anything because could be just as dirty then behind the counter.

12/29/2014 at 6:45 am PST: I stopped by this location on my way to work; as I do once in awhile. I was shocked at my brief but terrible experience. I grabbed a plastic/refillable cup and a few snacks then looked up for someone to ring me up. With a short expected delay, a young girl offered. Another drab and down girl offered to fill my cup and asked what size… I told her a tall or whatever the plastic cup was. She replied with, «a tall or the size of the plastic cup?» As if to say which one? I of course replied with whatever size the cup is – thinking it would be odd to have it only half full. She then asked what kind of coffee and I said I regular brew. «But which one?» She replied with. I told her whatever your darkest is(geez I felt like it was a mission at this point). The same morning-high-killer started assisting the kind gentleman behind me and gave him similar grief. He clearly was unfamiliar with the menu and they proceeded to go back and forth; he being the shockingly polite one. Not everybody knows exactly what they want, baristas! I decided not to say anything and left. Unbelievable service.

I was on the road and This place was the closest on my map. This place is horrible. I saw three people working and the person making the drinks didn’t give a damn about the customers. The way he was calling names, only he could hear and felt like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t have a name tag so I can’t give his name. 12 people sitting and two ordering, yet it seems like they don’t have time to clean up the place as you can see in the picture. Sorry Starbucks, I will never come to this store again.

I don’t usually write reviews for corporate establishments but this Starbucks downright sucks. The drinks are horrible, they take forever, they look miserable and instead of making my day a little better they put me in a frumpy mood. I hate to be a harsh critic but most Starbucks employees are awesome at what they do. This is a sad sad starbucks.

Let’s be simple here. I hate this Starbucks. Been here three times & only returned because I go to school down the street & it’s convenient. If it wasn’t for my discount not working at the Starbucks in target, I’d live there. Get it together my fellow baristas! First off, the service is horrible! I’ve never gotten a smile or a «welcome» here & everyone seems so upset all the time. It’s been different baristas every time, but the same service. I don’t get it. Second, I’ve seen one particular barista stick her hand in the espresso hopper & grab a handful of beans right after cleaning around it with a dirty rag. Seriously? Today I ordered a venti soy pumpkin spice latte with easy whip. I received a grande in a venti pumpkin spice latte with no whip, but a latte that looks like someone gulped half of it. From now on, Target Starbucks it shall be!

Short-n-Sweet: Another small Starbucks. STORY-TIME: I’m always wiling to try another Starbucks location because you never know what you’ll find. Hands-down Huntington Beach has some terrific locations, so I was hoping for the best. But nothing spectacular was here. I appreciated the general friendliness and good coffee you would expect from any Starbucks. There are a couple of cozy seats, and some smaller tables. Looking for a plug-in for the phone & laptop? Use the outlets found underneath the community table. :-{ ] My recommendation for making this spot cool? They need to connect with the OCCCollege and hold«official» study sessions.

5 two seater tables, one large 6 seater table with outlet access, surprisingly not crowded(open tables) at 4pmish on a thursday. By daphnes and a target. I would visit here to wifi and get work done. Very friendly staff.
