The clerk name is Areli was extremely rude!!! The sales rep name is Areli and she was extremely rude and not friendly at all she also tried to rush me when she was making my sandwich. She also charged me for an hot item when it wasn’t toasted. I even called her back and she was even more rude on the phone and was like okay bye!!! Really thats what kinda of people you have working for you. Plus she didn’t even know how to speak properly over the phone. She clearly doesn’t have any customer service or people skills. I’ll stick to going to the subway over by Baker in the Stater Bros shopping center.

Does it ever end! There’s a big sign on the window for a breakfast special sandwich with a free coffee until 11 AM. It does not say anything about when it starts. Because I wake up super early on a Saturday I’m out the door by 4 AM. That is breakfast time for me. So when I arrive at Subway to get my breakfast sandwich and free coffee special at 4:30 AM I am told that the special does not start until 5 AM. Nowhere in the entire store does it say anything about when the breakfast special starts and when I asked the employee about where are the hours posted for the breakfast special he said it does not say when it starts but it starts at 5 AM. I even asked if you would call the manager because last week I was in there before 5 AM and got the breakfast special. So you would think that I’m standing in the store wanting to eat breakfast but the manager says the breakfast special does not start till 5 AM and the hours are not posted yet but they’re working on it. I would think that it was good business practice to honor the breakfast special especially because no where is it posted when the starting time is i’m not really angry or upset but I just don’t get it.

It was yesterday that the incident happen my boyfriend really need to use the bathroom and the service staff told to my boyfriend he can’t use the bathroom unless he will not buy anything and my boyfriend has a medical condition called Crohn’s disease and he keep telling to the staff that he really need to use and the staff keep denying it even though he told to them that he has medical condition and they also discriminate my boyfriend !!!

Open 24 hours and great service! The over night staff is so friendly and always gives a great experience!

The customer service here is very hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are great, and other days (like today) they aren’t. My sandwich artist today took my order in between talking to two other employees, in which she conversed with her fellow employees way more than me. During making my sandwich she would add things without asking me if I wanted them. Its no five star restaurant, I know, but no matter where you go you want customer service that is decent, but you won’t find it here.

We were here from out of town on Easter Sunday. Everything was closed and my 11 year old daughter needed to use a bathroom. She went in this subway and was denied use of bathroom unless she bought something. HORRIBLE.

Good group of people. Have zero complains. Food is always fresh, greet you as you walk in. I do enjoy the day shift crew alot better though. Went in there today for a meatball marinera, it was in point!

Love that they are 24hr! Amazing breakfast! Really friendly staff and did I mention coffee is fresh? Instantly brewed every time.

How can a Subway get a 5 star rating? Because they are AWESOME and do things DIFFERENT. Here is how:
— Yes, the store is clean plenty of seats, service is friendly.
— They ask you if you want mustard and mayo BEFORE they layer up the veggies. Why is this important? Because they put it on the BREAD, not the VEGGIES. Nothing is worse than taking a big bite and getting a squirt of mustard out the side because it was sitting in the spinach. ALSO, they do the zig zag pattern with said mustard and mayo. Please God don’t put a big squirt of mustard down the middle of my sandwich. Just zig zag it. When I ask them to do this at other Subways they look at me like I am from Mars and give me the death stare… If you won’t zig zag it, get a knife and spread it! So nice of them to do it without asking!
— They offer to toast your veggies with your meat! Great idea! Any other Subway and that sandwich would already be out of the oven by the time you thought of this great idea.
— When you go to eat the sandwich there are not veggies and avocado falling out of the side. My usual Subway, in Fontana, always leaves my tomato hanging. Take a bit and the avocado goes out the rear. Not this Subway, everything is neat and in its place.
There you have it! Best Subway ever!

This is absolutely my favorite Subway location. The staff has always given me great service and accurate orders in a clean establishment.
Balkar (the owner) is also very active as an Ambassador of the Costa Mesa Chamber and generously donates food to their meetings and events.
I love that they are 24 hours so that I can stop in anytime and get a delicious sandwhich.

Love this subway! It’s open 24 hours. They are always friendly and it is clean. I needed a last minute catering order and they were able to get me a plater of cookies and sandwiches on the fly. Wouldn’t go any place else. They did such a good job. Thank you!

This is a really great Subway. They have pepperjack cheese, which you don’t usually find, and the staff is super friendly. It’s open 24 hours, and the staff there is super friendly. The store is always clean, and they load up your sandwiches. The best Subway I’ve been in since high school!

Most Subways skimp on toppings and are NOT friendly– this one is OPPOSITE of the norm. FAST, FRIENDLY, GENEROUS toppings. BEST Subway in the OC

What can I say? Worst customer service ever at any Subway! Don’t go there on a Sunday, only two working, but one is on lunch break. Many in line waiting for one employee to make sandwiches and operate the cash register!

This is a good Subway, we eat here at least once a month and we have never had to complane.

It’s not often that I’m enthusiastically encouraged though my Subway order with «nice!» and «good choice!» as I make my selections, but that’s the sort of above and beyond friendly service that I get from Lincoln and the other Sandwich Artists at this particular location.
Subway Fairview takes care of students with a free cookie Unilocal check in offer, as well as our uniformed police & fire with 20% off, but it is me who they are inadvertently helping the most by being a healthy dining option that is stumbling distance from my house, open 24 hours a day.
I recommend downloading the Subway app, which will allow you access to specials such as free cookie offers, as well as the ability to monitor how many calories go into your custom sandwich.
Healthy, fast, friendly, and cheap, 24 hours a day. For me, that’s as good as it gets!

The first review of the year should probably go to the first place I had a meal after partying it up at the OC Fair and at a friend’s house for some really great champagne that got me really drunk but hey, that’s a story for another time.
This Subway was halfway between our party and back to my friend’s house so it was convenient to stop here and get something to eat. The poor employee that was stuck working that night had to deal with us three drunks while we attempted to figure out what month it was, if we could order the special sub, and what exactly we wanted. This is all hilarious if you’re drunk, probably worse if you’re the one the working dealing with the drunks but we tipped him good. At least I think we did.
The January sub of the month is the chipotle chicken sandwich. My chicken didn’t really taste like it had any chipotle flavor but it was still good and the 6-​inch sub did the trick and helped with my drunken state. Customer service was great. They handled our split orders with ease and we were on our merry drunken way.
Also this location is open ²⁴⁄₇.
