Subway

Not a bad sun way at all, in and out quickly and my sandwich was good. The guy at the counter was nice and I see nothing that should stop me from going back. I which they offered Pepper Cheney’s and set up banana peppers, how does anybody eat a sandwich with out Pepper Cheaneys.

I go to subway often… This one is outstanding, it’s clean, roomy and a very clean bathroom!!!
Today I had breakfast, Marco made the very best steak/​egg & cheese! I wish I had found this location sooner! Free coffee with breakfast sandwich before 11… Not sure if that’s everyday? I’m here on s Sunday.

Sandwich is perfect! The emoyee who made my sandwich didn’t skimp on anything, and didn’t overdo it. He was even conscientious enough to ask if the sauce was enough or if I needed more, as opposed to slathering the damn thing and quickly wrapping it, which is usually my experience at other locations. On top of it all, EVERYONE was friendly. Management/​staff must have changed, because from the looks of past reviews this is hardly the same establishment!

What great service. The gal at the counter was super nice. Super happy and helpful. A person in an electric wheelchair ordered a sandwich. She took his order, then moved chairs from the dining area so he could sit comfortably at the table.
She then walked out and hand delivered his sandwich to him. I know this is a Subway, but to witness such incredible kindness is impressive. I think Leticia was her name.
Subway management please commend her.

I love the service and it doesn’t get any better the this location for a fresh subway to eat fresh, & there not stingy on adding anything to your sandwich for you it’s nice to have someone greet you with a smile good energy rubs off.

Decided to give the breakfast sandwich another shot. It was pretty good. Egg, bell peppers, jalapeño, avocado, spinach, onions, bacon, and cheese. The service was great. Ladies served it up with a smile and gave me a fresh batch of oatmeal cookies. Tables were clean price was ok except the milk was too small.

This subway seemed like a nice stop coming home from work on a late night. Right when I arrived I was quickly asked about what I’d like to order when I wanted time the staff seemed irritated. I went to leave and they followed me to the door asking what I’d like to order, the whole place seemed unprofessional honestly and I will never go back. No matter how late it is.

This Subway location has never let me down. Everything year my company orders a couple of 6 Footer sandwiches and it always ends up being the most popular item! They do a good job of making the sandwich (pre-​sliced, not soggy, with sides on the side). Will definitely keep this tradition going.

I went there to order a sandwich for my husband and the Mexican woman named Jenny was very rude to me and had a bad attitude. I started ordering the food and she kept asking me again and again when I told her what I wanted in the sandwich so I started getting upset and told her don’t you understand what I am saying??? She started talking in Spanish to his co-​worker and saying china girl insulting me in Spanish. I am Peruvian Chinese and my first language is Spanish so I understood everything she said. What an Idiot! She thought I didn’t understand her language so I insulted her back in Spanish too.
This people are so stupid thinking that they are the only ones who can speak the language.
PLEASE DON’T GO THERE AND THE FOOD DOESN’T LOOK GOOD WHAT I SAW THE LAST TIME!

Customer service was good until the lady at the cash register was rude… She was upset and not friendly at all. I am going to find another subway to go to…

I usually come to this Subway during my lunch break. The line goes by
pretty fast during the lunch rush. Sandwiches are made well and I’ve never had any problems here. I wish they were open earlier than 7am so that I can grab breakfast on my way to work (I have to get to work by 7am), but other than that… this is a pretty good location.

I usually only eat breakfast sandwiches from subway anymore cause they are amazing doused in Chipotle sauce! Healthy, I know. Anyway I can’t say much about the afternoon staff but the morning staff always make me smile when I walk in and we joke around sometimes because I binge eat there every morning for weeks then just stop until I crave it again. Anyway the manager lady I think she is a manager but I don’t know her name… she is my subway buddy and the rest of her morning crew are always nice not even grumpy with my picky same thing every time orders. I like this subway better than the others I go to this one only because of the morning crew. Love yuh guys! XO

This subway sucks. The larger lady always burns my sandwich. Horrible service as well plus as I was leaving a new employee was coming to clock in and all the the other employees were talking shit on her in Spanish. These people are extremely rude and I feel sorry for the new employee who has to deal with them

Need a breakfast sandwich

I don’t know what’s so bad about this subway? Maybe I got a nice person is all? When I went there today I only saw one person working and she was young 16−20yrs old, she was really nice and polite and she was so nice I wanted to give her a tip! But from the other Unilocal reviews it seems like I’m the only one who has had a Nice person take my order, thank god :)!

The service here is terrible. The few times I have come in here, I was made to feel as if I were disturbing them! Today, the bigger lady with the drawn on eyebrows took forever to even acknowledge I was at the counter … She was so busy writing something. She couldn’t even say, I will be with you in a moment or something like that. I will not go here again.

Just like everyone else, I had a bad experience at this subway.

With the attitude these employees have, all they’re doing is pushing away customers to go to other places.

I actually had OK service.
It was around 8:20 PM when we walked into this Subway location; pretty empty, no lines and about three employees behind the counter.
We ordered the Jalepeno Cheese bread; bits of baked Jalepenos kept falling off the top bun and the woman, adding the toppings, kept asking me repeatedly what I wanted, even after I told her several times. I’m not a picky eater so I normally just order «The Works» and have them go at it, this woman kept verifying whether I wanted this or that.
The woman gave me VERY little portions and whilst this woman kept asking me for verification the dude at the counter asked me if that was all I was ordering and began to ring up the order BEFORE I reached the cashier counter; I politely told him I wasn’t finished and wanted to order something else. So now I’m pretty much talking back and forth with the antsy cashier and the not-​so-​certain sandwich topper. And seriously, he starts to get an attitude because I’m taking my time eyeing the woman making my sandwich when there’s NO ONE behind us, no line! He was so anxious to leave and the woman was SUPER careful not to give me more than three slices per topping. Puh!
Go somewhere else.
This place AND the Subway on 19^th Street in Costa Mesa are stingy with their toppings. You bite into their sandwiches and all you get is a mouthful of watery ice-​berg lettuce.
Oh and the service was alright, minus the male cashier.

I live right next to this Subway location. It’s just a shame that everything about this place is down right horrible. I second to Christina B. because I get the very same guy. He has the worst attitude I have ever seen at Subway. Maybe even the worst attitude I’ve seen in general. Seriously guy, hate your job much? Go do something about it. Go to school and try to find something better that suits you. Maybe one where you don’t require to talk anyone because talking to you is like talking to a bag of potatoes. Can’t go to school? Become a janitor or a trash man. You’d be best picking up stuff that resembles yourself. Not just you, but everyone at your location needs to learn how to cut bread too. Learn how to become a fine sandwich artist. I have a friend who used to work at Subway. He can show you a little something. Especially, how to be friendly!
I love subway, I still go to subway on my lunch break because the one by my work, friendly service actually exists. I just can’t stomach coming to this location anymore.
