This Subway location is well kept; honestly it turned my overall View of Subway around. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is super friendly and nice, though they see me way too often! Overall a nice place to stop in for a solid, cheap meal.

I’ve going this place a few times since I work down the street. I have been going to many subways before but this one just killed my desire to ever go to any subways. Generally subways give free coffee with their breakfast sandwich, so I bought two sandwiches, a footlong and a 6 in but ended getting only one cup. ok one cup and there was enough coffee for barely half a cup. So after finishing my 6 in sandwich I asked for more coffee. The person working told me ok you have to pay for it. What made me madder was that she started her break when I came in and had coffee herself. I won’t be going to subways after this, if I want coffee I will just go to the arco gas station there.

I work just down the street and have been coming here for 6 years. It’s always fast, convenient and clean, but something has happened with the quality of the produce. I know they’ve recently had a change in management or ownership and perhaps that is what’s changed, but the lettuce is now always brownish or has weird(scary) spots and the tomatoes also look strange… very pale, watery tasting and not like tomatoes at other subways. I’m sorry to see such a drastic change in quality as this use to be my go-to place for lunch, but I had to say something. I will probably start going to another subway– it might take me longer to get there, but at least I won’t be afraid to eat my sandwich.

While staying at the Ayres this weekend, I came here yesterday for the double chicken chopped salad. Place is very small, but clean. Service is so so, but its Subway! LOL. Salad as decent, nothing special. I asked to add some spinach as shredded iceberg does not thrill me. I you need quick bite stop on by.

I never have a good experience when I come here. The manager there along with the employees all look like they do not want to work there. No smiles just negative energy. Today they charged me for toasting my sandwich a «Heating Fee.» I went in the day before and they did not charge me anything. As a matter of fact yesterday a employee handed my sandwich to the manager who was at the register. The person who made my sandwich said this is a toasted foot long veggie. The manager told her yesterday that«toasted or non toasted does not matter so you do not have to tell me that.» She said it with attitude as well. Today my sandwich was made in a very sloppy fashion and she charged me the Toasting Fee even after I told her the manager did not charge me yesterday. I would have asked them to remake the sandwich but at that point, I did not feel like feeling more negative energy. I just left. I get back to work to eat my sandwich and it turns out she toasted my sandwich to where the bread was hard. The bread literally fell apart and it got all over my tie. Not satisfied at all. I am usually very understanding and I do not like to post negative reviews but in order for a business owner to do well he/she needs to know what needs to be improved.

I frequent this Subway as it’s close to home. The place is always spotless and you are always greeted with a «Welcome to Subway»(with eye contact and a true smile) when you enter. I know they are required to say it, but this Subway actually makes me feel welcomed. Friendly service continues through the sandwich artistry. The cleanliness of the sandwich station and freshness of ingredients is always appreciated. I have never found brown lettuce or stale bread at this location.

My favorite Subway. The morning and lunchtime crew are courteous and everything is always clean. This place gets busy and the parking can be a challenge at lunch hour but this is true for any good restaurant. And they are never less than friendly and prompt. Been eating here for three years without any complaints. I am sure they get a lot of jerks in the evening and weekends but that’s not their fault.

Terriblè! Short story: 2 in line, me 2nd. 1st offers to let me order first. Respectfully decline. Kinda weird fellow stirring up trouble with the Mexican workers. Demanding this and that. Meanwhile another lady with 6yo walks in. I go for a a breakfast flat bread sub. This Caucasian lady is much worse than the 1st customer. Nonstop complaining and she says to one of the workers this lady doesn’t speak much English. It’s effin cheese lady you asked for pepper jack and pointed to mozzarella. What a cunt. Meanwhile I didn’t want to deal with her drama so I let her go first. The first guy made many demands as well. Now you have the two ladies catering to these rude customers every whim demand and I’m getting no service. Then another lady walks in and idk how the heck this happened but she ends up paying before me. I had it and started making my own demands like I want the same deal you gave the first guy. First I had empathy but when the register lady started to give me attitude I was ready to implode. Last time I go to this location.

I only have a 30 minute dinner break at my 2nd job, and am tired of rushing to McDonald’s for a quick dinner. So I headed towards Bristol Street, and found this tiny Subway’s. The $ 5.00 Souper Deal is pretty good. A 6-inch sandwich and a small bowl of soup, is the perfect fresh, fast meal. The dudes working this evening shift were a little off. They kind of stand around and stare as one guy takes your order. There isn’t any teamwork as the assembly line method kind of gets awkward when there are a few customers. Even though, it is fast, it’s funny watching the one guy stand at the register just stare, while the other three rush around, but the sandwich just sits there, half-made on the counter. Eventually they kicked in, like out of a trance, and the sandwiches started flying again. I’ll be back.

It’s tough to beat a foot long of goodness for only 5 bucks. Back in my day, Subway had punch cards where you’d get a free sub after a certain number of visits. That deal is long gone, but the 5 dollar foot long makes up for it. Additionally(deal-wise), they currently have a 1 minute survey that you can fill out online(save your receipt) and get a cookie on your next visit. Not too shabby I guess. The«sandwich artists» at this location are always extremely friendly and quick. If they’re not currently helping a customer, they immediately greet you with a «hello» the minute you walk in the door. They use an assembly line system, where one person starts your sandwich with your bread choice and cheese, the next adds the meat and toasts it for you(if desired), then one or two will tag team your veggies. The final person you encounter is the cashier, who has your total ready for you as the previous artist is wrapping up and bagging your custom creation. The whole process takes no more than a few minutes; Faster, healthier, and in some cases cheaper than most fast food joints. I’m usually pretty sandwiched out from making my own lunches for work, but Subway has enough flavor, variety, and value to keep me coming back on a regular basis anyway!
