I started shopping here years ago and was always happy with their products and customer service. Until now.
I left a wallet for repair in November, 2014. I was called in January 2015 that I needed to bring in the certificate if authenticity, which I did the following week. In February I called to check on the status if my wallet and was told firmly, «Don’t call us, we’ll call you.»
I called them today to check on the wallet; turns out that the wallet has been since January and I had not been notified! It is April for heaven’s sake!
Although they are willing to send the wallet back to me, I feel that such a hoity-​toity store should employ staff that really understand and practice good customer service.
I am really disappointed that my loyalty to this store has been disregarded.

I always liked Tous little bear symbols and their tiny bit sized selections.
Store is small but carrying pretty various collections. All 18K gold, diamond collection, sunglasses and leather goods, pearl and silver collection. Baby jewelries, perfumes and a few men’s collection as well.
Staff is very friendly and all the stuff comes with life time cleaning service and 2 year warranty.
The shop is located near Crate and Barrel and Apple store.
