We wanted to create an English style library in our home and luckily found Mitchel’s web site. He met with us — understood our needs — and came back with suggestions. During this process we had a flood of water in our home — causing us to replace all kitchen cabinets, flooring and appliances. Mitchel not only created a design for the library — but also one for kitchen cabinets and countertops and one to update the bathrooms as well as a desk for the library. Design does not really cover it well enough — design coupled with personal advice on wood choices, finish choices, hardware (jewelry in Mitch’s language) — every detail was thought of and covered including the relationship of the his creations to the rest of our home and furniture
Mitchel listens, creates and proposes, listens again until the design is perfect — then he and his team transform this vision into beautiful wood sculpture.

In the end — we have a beautiful custom designed library, desk, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets and mirrors and a beautiful space to savor and share with our friends. We have received countless compliments and enjoy living with these wonderful creations every day.

We had Mitchel modify a built in cabinet in our family room. The job entailed adding a new cabinet to the existing structure and replacing some of the existing cabinet doors to match and compliment another built in cabinet in the same room. We also added an alcove for a large flat screen TV with an articulating mount with all of the equipment and wires completely hidden. The final design and finished cabinet looked like it had been originally built at the same time the other cabinets were installed. The updated cabinet also looked like it had been originally designed for the flat screen and hidden equipment all along. Mitch completed the job on the scheduled date without any delays or problems. We are thrilled with the final product and can’t recommend Mitch Berman Cabinetmakers highly enough.

Recently we completed an extensive remodel of our residence. We contracted with Mitchel Berman Cabinetmakers to construct and install several cabinets within our kitchen, baths, and walk-​in closet. Mitchel Berman completed all the work on schedule and at the agreed upon price. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and proudly show the finished product to friends. As with remodels, several subcontractors were involved in the various stages. Due to Mitchel Berman’s excellent communication skills, ability to evaluate situations, and great patience, his involvement with other subcontractors was nothing but productive. Mitch was attentive, patient and with a lot of attention to details.
